Absolutely brilliant came straight away to repair my front door. The professionalism and efficiency was 100 per cent.

My front door had jammed up locking us in our home even though it was unlocked. I looked for a local company and came across Locks Express a local family run company. Dean was at my home just over an hour after my call and freed the door and replaced the mechanism. He was friendly, efficient and respected my property whilst working. A complete professional. Thank you so much.

Excellent service.Had problems with removing keys from locks, rang in the morning and Dean arrived at the time arranged . He immediately new what the problem was and easily fitted new locks. Cannot fault the service, will definitely recommend this company.

Last night our front door would not lock. I searched for a tradesman with a local number, sent a text and now a new mechanism skillfully done. Really impressive service, first class.

Dean was very pleasant to deal with when I rang to enquire when he could attend to fix a faulty door lock. We quickly agreed a date & time. On the day I described the problem we had with door lock, Dean not only quickly sorted & fixed the lock but was happy to spend more time to ensure both doors were working correctly & better than they had in last few years. Saved us buying new doors I’m sure. 👍
