Funny how I can’t leave a review on their website! Do not believe the reviews on there. The jumpsuit I bought is nothing like the picture. It is basically cheap Chinese tat which cost a lot for what it is. Please do yourselves a favour and avoid.

My husband ordered 2 jumpsuits for My birthday on the 6th April 2026 I kept tracking them as I live in Colchester London is not that far expected 2 days last few days saw they were being shipped by plane it took 20 days to receive, this company is not in London, the jumpsuits are nothing like the pictures poor quality I felt sorry for my husband as he payed £71.00 I read the reviews after he had placed order I can wear them indoors in garden but not worth what we payed I kept sending emails but you get the same one back not worth sending back putting it down to bad experience do not order from this company a scam which pops up on your phone .

Really bad product. Ordered dungarees. Nothing like photos.
They make out they are coming from London but I was suspicious when took nearly three weeks to arrive.
Really cheap fabric and badly made.
Only way to return is to send back to China at own expense.
Obviously not worth doing.

I ordered sandals and boots. Didn’t realise they were coming from China or I would not have bothered. Surprisingly sandals were great. Boots were shocking. Supposed to red superior leather upper. They had a big white stripe stitched in the back and so tacky. They were a cross between cardboard and felt. Too big even though correct size. I wanted to return them and customer service were quick and polite but kept on and on about a 20% refund and keep them to avoid high mailing and customs costs. I couldn’t be bothered so took the 20%, lost £50 and threw them in the bin. Wouldn’t even take them a charity shop. Avoid the Francesca boots as they are embarrassing poor quality and vile. Plus they mail them in a plastic bag. Not a nice box with tissue paper like the website shows.

Scam company

I ordered a pair of linen Dungrees that I believed was from a London store. I was shocked to find the delivery was from China. The garment when it arrived was not linen its flimsy polyester and poorly made dies not match the description.
I have spent all day in contact with these people and just going around in circles. They are insisting I take a 35% refund and return the item, it will cost more to return as they insist I return to China.

Avoid like the plague. Its a complete scam. Chinese based scammers posing as UK based firms using AI generated images. Clothes look great but are AI generated and what you receive is poor quality, cheap, nothing like the quality they pupport to sell. The returns have to be sent to China at your expense. I wasnt going to risk further cash that way.

Didn’t expect too much but this turned out really nice. It fits well, feels comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures. I’ve already worn it a couple of times and still very happy with it. Would buy agai

Awful company, denim jumpsuit is made from printed lining material and returns are at own expense to a Chinese factory. Lockwood london sell you a story of a family company based in London selling quality products but the reality is a Chinese factory probably with terribly labour conditions selling cheap crap at premium prices. Avoid.

Got the Sanorita sandals and didnt expect much at first but they turned out really good. They feel lightweight but still give decent support especially when walking for longer periods. I’ve used them a few times now and they’re holding up well. Would definitely consider getting another pair.

Really like how this looks the design is flattering and easy to style. The fit was slightly different than i expected but nothing major. It still looks good on and feels comfortable enough. I decided to keep it in the end.

If I could have put nought I would.

Bought some dungarees … NOTHING LIKE Advertised. Fabric is just cheap nasty fabric.

Also they are shipped from China not London … 3 weeks to arrive .

Lesson learnt … I should have done more research

I also wish I had read this site before I had ordered. The goods were cheep, the design was nothing like the design on Instagram, there was know tags inside the clothing to tell you how to wash etc material was awful and probably comes under the "flammable materials".
Has anybody gone to consumer rights!!
They have given me two offers of 10% & now 20% refund on £80 spent? and was given 50% & 60% off my next order!! Why would I want to order again from these people.

I had a small question before ordering and reached out to customer support. They replied fairly quickly and gave a clear answer, which I appreciated. It made me feel more confident about ordering. The product itself also turned out good.

AWFUL... AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NO USE. After waiting forever for delivery, you receive poorly sized clothes then they won't refund.

The item itself feels comfortable and supportive when wearing it. I’ve used it for a few longer walks and it holds up well. The only downside was that delivery took a bit longer than i expected. Still happy overall though.

I ordered from this site without checking if it was a legit site. I waited for weeks, getting tracking information periodically, although my package didn't seem to move. I thought I would check out the site and was humiliated at being so gullible. I was getting set for an argument with the site and/or my credit card provider.

However, I was pleasantly surprised when my sandals eventually arrived. I had expected junk, but they looked exactly like the photo on the site! They may not be the best, but they are just what I wanted. The only issue I might have is that the hard soles might be a bit slippy in the wet, but who wears jewelled sandals in the rain anyway. A bit more warning of the time to deliver would also be better.

Everything went pretty smoothly from ordering to delivery. The item arrived within the expected time and was neatly packed. The quality looks good and it feels well finished. Overall just a really easy and positive experience.

The product itself is nice and feels comfortable to wear. It arrived in a simple package, nothing fancy, but everything was intact. Honestly that's all I really care about. Overall a good purchase.

Ordered the denim dungarees and omg feel like I am been cut in half the length is a joke and nothing like it's description on the web site at all!!! I am so mad that I didn't read the reviews on here first I thought it was UK based not china other wise I would have never have ordered!!!!!!!! That why they was late in coming what a joke 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Do not order

This is a Scam website.

The dress they sent me is not even the one I ordered. It is a totally different dress!

They expect me to pay for return postage to China when I haven't even received what I ordered.

I have no faith that they intend to refund the money when they receive the dress and so paying that postage will just leave me even more out of pocket.

The dress therefore goes in the bin, and they get to keep the money for sending out rags in place of items ordered.

It's a scam and I am not sure where it should be reported to.
