Loft Boarding Scotland Ltd

Great service from start to finish. Communications were great keeping me advised every step of the way. The initial visit was for the assessment and all options were explained fully. On the day of the installation the team arrived exactly on time and completed the work without any issue, making sure the entire was cleaned and hoovered. A full demonstration of how the ladder and new hatch operated was very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their business.

Really great experience from start to finish communications was great, the guys arrived on time very professional and efficient would recommend them to friends and family

Excellent company to deal with in all aspects. Great communication throughout and the work was completed to the highest standards. All staff incredibly friendly knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. Very competitively priced for such high standards of service. The company reaches standards of service most other businesses can only dream of. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great communication. Had looked to get new lift ladders. They recommended I service the existing ladders at a considerable saving. Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.

From start to finish, Loft Boarding Scotland supported the flooring of our loft and installation of our loft ladder.
From a really easy virtual booking system at a time that suited us, we were given a really simple quote system with all of the different options and upgrades. We were suprised that they were at the lower end of what I had budgetted for so added a few shelves. From accepting the quote on the Monday evening, we were phoned the next day and offered Friday of that week! Amazing.
The two gents arrived on time, explained the full process and then got on efficiently and effectively protecting everything in the house from the door to the loft hatch.
All done in 5 days! It has made a massive difference to our home - the space is amazing in the loft and allows for more organised space in the main part of the house.
Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

Honest from start to finish

Gave me a quote for size of flooring required from initial measurements but at the end of job it turned out less was required and my quote dropped a bit after adjustment. Quality of work excellent and respectful of property

The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, they were all friendly, would highly recommend

They were very helpful, very efficient and overall and much appreciated.

The installation was quick and clean. They used appropriate covering on the floor to ensure that my furniture and floor would remain clean.

I was given clear instructions on how to use the newly installed loft hatch and ladder.

Excellent service! The loft boarding has made a great difference to our storage capacity in the home. They also fully insulated a narrow and tight roofspace. I feel it was very good value for money.

Great service, fast and efficiant

Great communication from start to finish.
We are delighted with the work done by Mitchell and Conner very professional clean and respectful of our property.
This company is highly recommended.

The team sent to my property were excellent and completed the job in an impressively short amount of time AND came in slightly under budget so I ended up paying less than my initial quote. Very respectful of the house, laid protective covers on the hardwood floor and carpet all the way from the front door to the loft hatch. Cannot fault Barry and Saul whatsoever. The customer service team also deserve praise. I dealt with Melissa initially through my quotation and scheduling stages, and later Chloe after the work had been completed and invoice due. Both were also top notch.
Apologies if I’ve spelled any names incorrectly.

Excellent service. Prompt and the guys tidied up after themselves. Lovely company and they do great work. I have been very impressed.

Received great advice around the placement of the boarding in our loft to maximise space and provide easy access. The tradesmen installed professionally and to a high standard. Throughout the process they ensured all surfaces were protected and cleaned up when the work was completed. Great Service, would recommend!!

All the staff at Loft Boarding Scotland were really nice and very efficient. From survey to fit was very quick and they were neat and tidy when in the house. The flooring and truss shelves in the loft will really make a difference to storage options. Couldn’t rate these guys highly enough, absolutely fantastic service

Really happy with the service. Sent a request for a quote on a Sunday evening and had a visit by Wednesday pm. Then was able to pick what we wanted using the online form (no pressure) which really liked. The online quote calculator adjusted depending on options selected. The boys were out the next week and job was all done in half a day. We did end up needing slightly more sq ft than originally quoted just to give it a nicer finish but only increased price slightly and everything was agreed with the office before they went ahead. Really happy with the service, I managed to work from home throughout and they tidied up after themselves. Not the cheapest installer out there but you get what you pay for. :)

Got measurements all wrong

Had a very good experience with this company. We had a slightly awkward new build setup and they walked us through all the options and entire process throughout with good communication, which gave us confidence. It's unfortunately rare to see this these days so this was a pleasant surprise.

We also had to delay the work at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and the company was very understanding and waited for us to get back in touch when we were ready.

The work itself was done promptly and to a very good standard. They cleaned up fully after as well.

Highly recommended.
