Loft Boarding Scotland Ltd

Great end to end service. They responded quickly to the first enquiry, came when they said they would, gave a fair price, carried out the work quickly and efficiently and very well, were polite and friendly throughout. Absolutely great experience for us!

Guys were great start to finish explained what they were doing and didnt hang about totally professional wish all trades men were like those two.

From the minute of my first contact with the Company it was obvious that they were impressive. Communications were excellent and remained so all the way through. Any problem areas I was uncertain about were dealt with up front without any pressure. Their confidence in their ability to deliver a first class job was evident. They knew their business and proved it with their delivery. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them .

Excellent! Turned up when they said they would, great job and tidied up after themselves!

The guys done a smashing job. Made me comfortable through the whole process and left my home looking untouched after completion. 100% would recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish.

They were very helpful and conscientious. They really cared about doing a good job and looking after their customers. They were absolutely first class.

Good service prompt response and helpful

Right from contacting them about getting a quote they were great. Changed our in-person viewing to a remote one because our house wasn't that old and allowed us to get an appointment and quote sooner. Melissa and Gael were great in sharing the process, keeping us informed, and arranging a time for the installation. Mitchell and his team were fantastic on the day and the quality of the work was superb. We're really happy with the installation we chose (middle flooring, shelving, lighting, and new hatch and wooden ladder). The team cleaned up after themselves and also laid stuff down to protect our flooring when doing the work. They had to move our smoke alarm when increasing the size of the hatch and even though there was a small hole from doing this, they then came back a few days later to fill it in no extra charge. We're really happy with the speed, diligence, cost and quality of service throughout the whole process and would highly recommend to anyone!

This is the second time using Loft Boarding Scotland. Excellent end-result and very quick service.

Very good Company for loft boarding. Best people for advice from start to finish. They fit new hatch , ladder and loft boards. Gave me good advice about laws and regulations as well. Very very smooth and perfect job. Can’t thank enough to Stuart from day of quote to finish and many thanks to Keith as well.

Excellent company. Very impressed quick, neat and tidy.

From the first enquiry through to completion of the job, excellent communication and workmanship. Was really impressed with the information provided prior to the survey, the level of detail and ability to customise the quote and the information provided by workmen after everything was installed. Would have no hesitation in using this company again or in recommending to others.

Good and helpful initial survey, prompt communication, and excellent final job, completed in less time than quoted.

Very professional experience from start to finish : clear quote and outline of work; good communication back and forward prior to start of work; courteous and professional workers; cleaned up thoroughly afterwards; great product and great result for a fair price (comparing to others) - very happy with the outcome.

Very impressive response from first contact, good communication and the guys who did the work were really professional, cleaning up afterwards too

Fantastic experience throughout. Melissa in customer service was a great help at arranging our fitting and answering any questions. The team did a great job. Very professional and left the place spotless. Good quality fittings used. Highly recommend

An easy and efficient process from initial call, through booking and installation. I would normally tackle a job like this myself, however this is a much older house and the roof configuration was not conducive to easy working. Connor and Alan arrived in good time, gave a good account of themselves and left no mess. Excellent work and satisfying to know the insulation beneath the boarding has been topped up. New hatch and a ladder fitted too. Thanks very much.

Really efficient service - had an appointment agreed with 24 hours due to a cancellation. The boys arrived and had the boarding done within 4 hours. They were prompt and tidy and explained they needed to change the hatch around and did so for no additional cost. Really happy with the service and price.

Great company. The job was professionally carried out to out total satisfaction. Unfortunately I had problems with the ladder (rungs too narrow for my big fat feet) but the company were great and came back and swapped it. They are also very honest, despite the ladder upgrade the total job was less than the quote because they used slightly less boards and insulation wasn’t required. They were very clean and tidy too.
