Cabinstore Reviews

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish.
Very professional when getting the quote, never once felt pushed into any options or deadlines which was amazing. Staff were always friendly and were always happy to answer my numerous questions.

Arrived promptly and worked very efficiently and professionally. Would highly recommend and would use again if needed.

Recently had a cabin from cabin store installed and painted
From the start Richard was great - helpful and gave some ideas - the rest of the team were brilliant and worked extremely hard
Excellent service from start to finish
Highly recommend
Thank you all

Cabinstore provided a very professional service from start to finish. Design, planning, build and fit out all managed and completed very well. Hinckley Council messed everything up and delayed the project for months. Richard and his team fought and pushed all for us. Once planning was approved and the base and foundation was complete. Richard and his team pushed delivery and install so we could open as soon as possible. The fit out has been completed to a high a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants a perfect project. Thank you to Richard for sticking with all for us through some very difficult times with the council. The install team worked hard and very well to achieve all that was required.

Great service from start to finish. The painting of the cabin by Hicks of Burton was first class, with great attention to detail. Would highly recommend a cabin from these guys 🤩

All at cabin store were absolutely brilliant
from start to finish. So professional and helpful in everything from the word go.
Everything on time as they said and quality of workmanship was fantastic.
Special thanks to Brady who built our log cabin and David who painted it.
Well done all 😁😁

From first meeting Richard and then letting him and the team complete our cabin (art studio) and bespoke shed the communication and flexibility was fab - even to the point of Richard standing by MY requests above my husbands 😉 which is always a good thing 😜
The best team, the workmanship and the ocd precision from every member of the team , Dave the painter was superb , Simon , Chris the electrician and the grounds guys - all top notch we are chuffed to bits thank you Richard 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The finish product was everything we imagined and more. The workmanship was exceptional. Every member of their team were excellent at their job, all so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to have them at our home.

Great communication from start to finish and fantastic quality of product and work, couldn't be happier with our cabin and the whole process with Richard and the team at the Cabin Store.

From our first meeting to being handed the keys to my new log cabin home, we only ever experienced professionalism and dedication to the highest quality of work.
Richard and his team continually went above and beyond to create a beautiful home for me, listening to what I wanted and going the extra mile with the design and finish.
My cabin has exceeded all my expectations and I am happy to highly recommend Cabinstore.

Great experience all round. The gents who installed the cabin were fantastic

Really good experience. Having had a previously bad time with an online company, Cabin Store (Twycross location) came through. Easy to order, great customer service, quick lead time and assembly was fast.

People were friendly and willing to make adjustments if requested.good quality materials used and work done in polite professional manner.

Excellent company. They explained everything about the build. Very good price for a perfect build and great electrics all sorted.
Would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a cabin

Bespoke cabin to fit in our garden. Concrete base laid then a few days later the cabin Went up in a day! Electrics, painting done as soon as weather permitted.
Very pleased with end product. Very impressed with doors, full length locking like normal pvc doors, though I have upgraded the euro cylinder lock.
Highly recommend, not the cheapest but very professional job from start to finish.

Very good service, from start to finish. Very happy with my cabin and the whole team involved.

Great communication throughout, every done as it was stated, workforce very respectful and everything completed to a high standard.

These guys are all incredible. From Ashley dealing with my one million questions to ground works to install, everyone has been so helpful and lovely. The level of the quality of the cabins and sheds (I brought one of each) are unreal. I couldn't be happier. I would also recommend have the added extra of installing as its completely stress free then. Thank you to the whole team for a truly exceptional experience.
