Extremely Disappointing Experience with LogisticMart

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a logistics service. I received my household items after almost two months, and unfortunately, several items were damaged or missing.

I was dealing with a vendor named Satish (DHL), who showed very little responsibility or accountability throughout the process. I was repeatedly asked for additional money, but the issues with my shipment were never properly resolved.

Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before using this service or dealing with this vendor. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

Fraud they shared data with scammer, I have trusted this website they have suggested me Baba Cargo Pradeep Sharma they took my stuff and payment after that continues lying logisticmart can't help even their ceo said he will help when I reach him through LinkedIn but later on he blocked me instead of helping cybercrime, consumer court and zero fir filed still not received my stuff it's been more than 3 months now.

Avoid LogisticMart at all costs. They claim on their website to provide "Pre-Verified Packers and Movers" and send SMS assurances stating vendors are vetted for "safe and smooth shifting." This is a complete lie.

I registered on LogisticMart to transport my scooty from Mumbai to Jaipur. They officially connected me to a vendor named SHREE KRISHNA TRANSPORT (Number: 8930196572). Believing LogisticMart's verification claim, I trusted this vendor and transferred a full payment of ₹4,000 via UPI (paid to Mr. Kamlesh Kumar) as demanded.

Immediately after receiving the money, the vendor stopped responding and went completely silent. When I contacted LogisticMart's customer support to report the fraud, they completely washed their hands of it and stated they cannot do anything. No response, no escalation, no accountability.

LogisticMart is actively feeding customer data to fraudsters and hiding behind fake "verification" badges. I have full SMS records, payment receipts, and WhatsApp chat screenshots to prove this. Save your money and your sanity—do not trust this platform.

not trust worthy. venders are not listening them at all and they don't have control on it and will not pick up call once they cant do it . Valuable things can be lost forever

Froud company don't take service

Mujhe apna ghar ungentlemanly change karna pada delhi mai to maine kai packers and movers se baat ki lekin sabhi ka trust issues tha ya paise jyada the. Fir maine logisticmart app ka add dekha wha se maine application download ki inke solution bhut mast the inhone kam budget mai ek truck and do labour wale bhej diye jisse mera pura saman hi 3500 rs mai shift ho gaya...to mere liye logistic Mart is a good moving option...

I am sharing my horrible personal experience with Anamika Enterprises, who claims to be a channel partner of DTDC. I leave it to readers to decide, but I strongly advise extreme caution.
I was contacted by Mr. Prince Singh (Mob: 7052699330 / 6289198025) after I searched on LogisticMart for household material shifting.
What was promised:
Full Truck Load (FTL) shifting
Insurance coverage included
GPwS/GPRS tracking facility for the loaded truck
Installation support for bed at destination
What actually happened:
After collecting 80% advance payment before dispatch, my household goods were loaded in a local West Bengal registered truck
Instead of FTL, my material was illegally converted into PART LOAD consignment without my consent
Because of this, the shipment was unnecessarily delayed, and I was given endless excuses
Despite continuous follow-ups, GPS tracking and driver details were never genuinely provided
I was sent a revised and false LR/Invoice copy on WhatsApp with a driver number
When I pointed out that the driver number was wrong, the document was immediately deleted
Calls were frequently ignored or avoided
On final delivery, no installation support for the bed was provided, despite clear commitment at the time of booking
My conclusion:
This was a mentally exhausting, time-wasting, and highly unprofessional experience. Commitments were made confidently at the time of taking money and conveniently forgotten later.
In my personal opinion, the conduct showed clear misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and unethical business practices.
❗ I strongly advise others NOT to take services from this individual or agency.
Please do thorough verification before trusting such claims of being a DTDC channel partner.
