Over the top- blew me away.
I have not even gotten my order yet, but this was a rare "Wow" experience. The immediate nature of receiving a proof, the unexpcted phone call from the owner to ask me a question and the turnaround time- all far exceeded my expectations.

Great product, awesome customer service!
I was a little confused about the printing options when I submitted my order online. Paul called me and asked if if I was sure about the choice I made. Sure enough, I had selected the wrong option. Paul walked me through the differences and got me on the right track. He also followed up with two different options for placement of the logo. To top it all off, it's an American made product!
