Its a scam, avoid.

Same thing as everyone else, except I used Apple Pay and they keep trying to charge me. I don’t know how to block them from my Apple Pay account.

Signed up with what I thought was a single $1.99 payment to create a single logo. They kept my card details and charged me $35 each month for 2 months before i spotted it in my account. Luckily NatWest are excellent with this kind of thing and have returned my money.

The logo design service is mediocre at best. It's just a front for a subscription scam.

Absolute scam! Avoid!
I paid $0.99 for a logo, one week later $35 was taken from my account! I have contacted them but been ignored! Do not trust this company

Got caught by these scam artists too. Avoid at all costs. No way to cancel a subscription I never subscribed to. No contact from 'support'. Had to get a new card.

I had the same terrible experience as many others have shared. I paid $1.99 for a logo, only to find myself unknowingly enrolled in a subscription charging $35! I should have checked Trustpilot before using this service, as it seems to be a recurring scam affecting many. They tempt you with low-cost designs but sneak you into a subscription plan without your consent. To make matters worse, you don't even own the copyright to the logo unless you keep paying the subscription.

When I tried to cancel, my account showed no active subscriptions, and their email address bounced back as nonexistent. Their customer support is non-responsive, and I'm now left with no option but to cancel my credit card to stop the charges.

This service is an absolute scam. Someone needs to notify Google AdWords to shut this down immediately. Save yourself the hassle and STAY AWAY!

It's a scam. You pay $1.99 for you logo on a trial and then get automatically subscribed to a $35 per month subscription. Their system has no option to cancel the subscription.

Same as everyone else in here paid $1.99 for a logo only to be put on subscription that charges $35 without me even knowing!

Time and time again - should of check Trustpilot before using :/

someone needs speak to Google AdWords to have this closed immediately. I thought I was the only one but it looks like happening to everyone

What everyone is saying is absolutely true.
I got charged $35 without consenting the subscription.
They never respond to my emails, and I can't even remove my credit card info.

Stay away from this company.
This is a real scam.

They will sell u a crappy logo for 1$ than auto charge u 30$ a month with no way to stop the payments without canceling Ur card

Like everyone else says, it's a scam. They sell you a logo, then put you on a subscription without permission. And then tell you, you they own all rights to your logo if you don't pay the subscription forever.

Immoral. Tempt you in with free and/or low cost designs only to put you on, without permission, a subscription plan. You also dont own copyright for the logo designed when you cancel monthly subscription… so no use at all really.

STAY AWAY!

Like others have said, I made a one off purchase of a design and now they keep trying to take payment off my card for a monthly subscription.

Their email is fake, bounces back, and no reply from their contact form.

First it said free design. Ok, the designing process was free. Then it‘s 2 dollars to buy the design. Ok. But then you need to keep paying more to keep the ownership of logo!!!! Scam alarm right there

It is an absolute scam company. I initially paid $2 for one time logo design fee (this price also listed in their website pricing), and thankfully I used my Google Pay service. Yesterday I got a message from Google that LogoDesign.Net charged me $35 USD! twice!! With below info:

I called them right away, and it turned out to be a cell phone number of the guy! I just asked him why you charged me without sharing any details, and he kept saying they are from LogoDesign.Net not LogoDesign.AI, and the $35 was not charged by them! It is funny because I didn't say anything about .AI as well as the amount.

Finally he asked me to tell him how I found him, and then asked me to email to support at LogoDesign.Net! I emailed them with no response so far. I also emailed support at LogoDesign.AI which I learned is a fake email address!

Long story short, I asked my credit card company to block my credit card and issue a new one, and I am gonna report these guys to FBI ASAP!

UPDATE:

They later sent me an email from the LogoDesign.AI domain (the email that doesn't exist) and said "LogoDesign.AI subscription canceled successfully" and then it was a link in the email "GoToMyAccount" which was leading to a virus to scam further!

Guys.. call your credit card company right away, block the payment and cancel your card.

Totally misleading, they charge £1.99 for the logo which is fine and then charge £28 without telling you by automatically adding you onto a subscription plan. Immoral business practices, to take money off customers. I would stay away at all costs!
