Cheap designs. Asked for a refund and they will not even return emails or calls. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

I had the most horrible experience of three years, trying to give them a chance to prove my doubts wrong. I invested so much money and so much time into my dream of 15 years to keep being asked to spend more money and more money and then I had multiple calls from people with the same number as the company has telling me that the logo they just created for me was being trademarked in another state which put a halt to my manufacturing process then I pay thousands for a website after I already invested into WIx, but Nick Spencer assured me that it was going to be a better choice to deal with them . Professional up sellers . I paid for them to put words in my website that was @:;)/ they tried to sell me packaging .i paid for ssl security domain i paid so many different invoices its really sad. After I kept explaining to them what a horrible experience I had they kept trying to sell more products to me and try again please save yourself the unnecessary headache, and money loss and time loss. Do not deal with this company please for your sanity do not go with logo design center invest some where else. Do not let them sell you The belief that they are worth any dollar. After all of this carp I was still stupidly going to use the logo they created screw the logo I’m starting off with someone else I’m having sample made and finalizing my trademark but can not because I can not get any response from them , just a disgusting experience I’m sorry for anyone who went through their company just fake and professional scammers

Brandon made some great logos for my math club for my school and offered so much more. I was very satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend it.

Worst in all senses- horrendous service, terrible creativity, money scam and spamming even when you tell them you don’t want to work with them.

These guys are scammers. They all have Indian/indeonesian accents. They claim to be in Chicago and New York, but their addresses do t exist. They scammed me of $2350. I paid $1600 for a website build and other business documents. They showed me the logo, and the website template. They asked me to pay $750 for a 10 year domain, but they only bought 1 year at only $12. After 3 weeks of website development, they asked me to go live. I told them they have not even put any pictures of product on the website, but they insisted that it had to go live immediately. After they purchased the domain, they didn’t give me the receipt generated from the site where the domain was purchased, they only gave me a pdf receipt which they created themselves. Before I knew they were scammers and only using me to keep sending them money, they had collected $2350 from me. I hired a tech person who was finally able to get the domain from them. After the domain got transferred to me, I realized that they only purchased 1 year of domain without security or registration for only $12. These scammers took $750 from me for the domain. I didn’t know anything about this website of a thing, and they took advantage of me. I knew if I went live with them, my clients credit card information would be sold out by these thieves, so I was only able to get my domain from them…

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS.

I’m sure their names are not real, but the scammers names are Samuel Arthor, Brad, Kevin Marshall, and one John. They all have Indian/indonesian accents.

They just want to put you in a tight situation and keep taking your money, and the moment you say enough is enough, they take your website offline and ruin you.

These guys are total crooks. As a small business in Ontario, Canada, I went for the $60 logo design. I pretty much had to design the whole thing myself and have them replicated it - I just needed proper file type. Then, they kept calling to upsell, repeatedly! I told them not to harass me anymore. I got what I wanted and didn't want to be contacted again.

Then, I heard from them by phone and email today (November 2023) that someone else wants my logo design in North Carolina and they've applied for a copyright. So, first, they are admitting to selling the logo I bought to someone else. And secondly, they are trying to get me to believe that a North Carolina business has the same name as ours, which has the province "Ontario" in the name.

I called them on their crooked business practices used to squeeze more money out of people and they changed their tune pretty quickly saying that it was an auto message that was sent and it wouldn't happen again. Hard to explain the harassing phone call then...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Don't deal with them, they are nothing but scammers! I wish I read others reviews before dealing with these people. All they want is ripping you of your money. They'll never go with what you've agreed on and ask for more money.

Following up from another one-star review of May 2023. This company got my $470 for a custom logo design and supposedly a copyright in my name; then tried to shake me down for an additional $1000+ a few months later. Account mgr. "Brad" said I could no longer use the logo unless I paid for a 5 or 10 yr (or lifetime) copyright certificate. Then harassed me via phone, text, and WhatsApp until I took the logo off my website. THEN, on Aug 4, another guy Kevin e-mailed trying to re-engage me about the logo and the copyright. I told him I felt cheated & deceived by the company, which he blamed on Brad (stating he'd been fired). Kevin tried to get me to resume using the logo and also tried to sell me more services. I asked for a complete refund which he said he'd arrange, but then stopped responding to my calls and e-mails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SLEAZY INTERNET COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I hired this company to create my website. They did and it was great at first. Then every couple of months they asked for more money to run it. Then they sent me to social media marketing person who did NOTHING. My website started to not work and I paid them so much money. Then they told me someone was trying to take my logo and company and I needed to put it through USPTO. Well they took my money and never put it through. They are scammers and take your money. I have called and emailed multiple times and requested my money back and they ghosted me. I am out so much money! WORST COMPANY EVER

Contacted them for the creation of a logo, and spoke with Jayson who told me $125.00 I would receive the Logo, letterhead, a fax template, and business card image for print. Stated 48 hour turnaround time, it has now been 10 day and I still have nothing except files that do not open. Emails and texts are not being responded too and then realized when looking at my credit card statement they charged me TRIPLE what I was quoted!!!!! Ontop of that, the level of pushiness was insane to say the least, trying to get my to buy a package of $2200.00 which included Trademarking my logo, Jayson stated that the state fee to trademark it was $1500.00, which is actually $250-$600 to do a federal trademark, way less than he said for only a state trademark, so TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS here completely lying to customers!!!!! Asked for refund, no response. Disputting charge now. Truly awful people scam others like this.

Bottom line is choose a different company unless you like being ripped off. I purchased a logo and paid for 100% ownership then paid to have LDC file the copyright. Never sent me any legit documentation even when I called and asked for it. Finally received some BS invoices for nonspecific services. Wait, it gets better!
I got an email from LDC threatening to sell my logo to someone else (thought I was the owner???) unless I shelled out more $$$ to them. Then they offered to renew my license (now it’s a license to use my logo??? Thought it was copyright….) never could find any legit copyright or trademark info on my logo.
Lesson here is to do your homework before hiring anyone and especially avoid Logo Design Center unless you enjoy being fleeced and defrauded.

Dont do business with this company. Not true to their word and on top very pushy may suggest services that you don’t need at the end of day sent me the wrong materials would not hold up to their word and want to push you to buy more services and if you don’t agree would suggest you can’t use the logo you paid for if you don’t donthe trademarks even if you did the copyrights

Nick Spenser was very polite, responsive and overall knew his craft. He was able to easily answer all my questions and help me to come up with the right solution for my needs. He also helped point me in the right direction for some future needs and assessments. Could not ask for anything more.

I spoke with Nick Spencer, he is very knowledgeable and excellent customer service skills. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Jayson Peters helped me with getting started on a logo design and was very kind, professional, straightforward, and helpful. My experience this far has made me hopeful to do business with them in the future.
