847-220-6574 on my logo project, paid for copyright application filing to trademark the logo for both federal and state filings, and never received confirmation of the applications, filing numbers, or anything. Contacted the Illinois Attorney General's office for help, but they couldn't find this company and were advised to get legal help. I'm not spending money anymore fighting thieves. DO NOT USE THEM. DON'T RISK THIEF. Be aware, these people are thieves. DO NOT USE them, I'm out of over $550!!!

Logo on 30 minute delivered on their promise. They delivered at least 5-6 Logos for me to choose from & the decision was tough because I liked them all! Service was unmatched and the support phenomenal! I will recommend this company any day.

They steal domains, they build websites and do not give you as the owner the control to it. Then they try charge you after you already paid, then they steal everything you paid for and want to negotiate a price for what doesn't belong to them. if they weren't CROOKS they would be good. SAD!!!

They are 110% SCAMMERS!!! If you read every negative review on them, that will sum it up. Thousands of dollars down the drain. Reported and filed with BBB. Take a word of advice...they are from a middle east location and never follow through with anything. Actually stole my domain names also. Had to rebrand.

This company is a scam, I gave this company a template for website very simple to do. They charged me over $3000 for website and a bunch of hidden fees. They hosted the website for a limited time then took it down and asked for additional $2000. Today they are holding my website hostage contacting the AGs office.

I gave this company money for a logo and never got any finished results, then they took my money for a registry and kept lying about it, then continued calling with different people acting as if they weren't on the same team. TOTAL SCAM!

This company is a complete scam. There's an initial charge, and then another, and another....a year and a half later and I'm still getting messages saying they have my final files and it's only $xx. Beware, don't use them. Try Fiverr instead.

Total scam don't give them your money. They will charge you for thing you have already payed for. They call all the time looking for more money. they will tell you something is like hosting or wordpress or ssl is ending even though you still have a year payed for

The actual service was satisfactory but a strong word of warning - they take your phone number when you sign up and then call you monthly for the rest of your life. I used the service several years ago and i cannot get them to stop calling my personal phone about future business and promotions. I block the numbers and they call from another number. It's wild. I wish them well but they're impossible to get rid of.

Please do not do any business with Logoin30minutes.com - they are scammer and fraud. They are using other businesses addresses illegally in their contact information section. They do not have any offices in USA or UK. They are operating their business from another country. If you give them your credit card information, they will abuse them. Also, their sales agents are using names like Nick, Jordan, Justin, etc.

The logo design cost $75, they never mention on the website or while you're talking to a consultant about the copyright submission fees. Put the cost over $1000.

They are scams. Took $2000 never completing my website. Saying they fired the previous mgmt, but I need to pay them just $800 and they will fix everything. They were sending business cards as an apology. Of course they never came. Total ripoff. Location of office is fake. Already contact new York attorney General.

Dan Miller, you say you will have best intentions of your clients. Well my copyright has yet to show up. I believe that you took my money for services that never took place. Your employees kept on trying to contact me to set up a web site. Another money grab for services that will never be delivered. The site that was offered was very basic and generic. Deliver or close your site.

Total scam. They tell you a staring price and once they got you going, they’ll find a way for something not to be working correctly to up sell you a product/service. I had a website that needed some updating and they told me when they saw it that it would cost 2,300.00 for what I wanted it to look like and work. Once the new page was done 3 months later, they hit me with a bs that the server isn’t strong enough and that they offer one for only 3,500.00.
Total waste of time time and resources.

STAY AWAY from this company. They are here for your money only. Will promise you gold mountains a second you paid them they will delay your project, never respond to any of your emails. They have done a logo and a website for our company. I wish we have never used them. We chased them via WhatsApp as we are from UK. it was always some story, that a manger who was looking after project or staff has just left and now one was looking after our project. Funny enough the same person who left their business reached out to us directly, telling us how awful this company is, giving us tips how we can get money back and then offering us their service half price. GREAT DATA PROTECTION! not much what we could have done at this point as we already paid in full as requiered, we spend nearly £2000(GBP). I wrote a review last year with more details, then I had a call from the manager asking me to take it down and offering to help with the website free of charge ( funny as we already paid in full). He did help, everything went live and was working for a while. then our email stopped working, again we could not get hold of anyone. no respond over emails. the UK customer service number provided on their website doesn't work.today i wanted to review a website and I found out it has been taken down completely. nothing I can do ad this point. trying to jumped on the live chat, everything goes smoothly until i mentioned I'm your existing customer, their automatically disconnected a chat and blocked my IP address so I'm unable to open a live chat again. We paid for domain and hosting for 5 years just if you wondering why they would take it down... it has been less then three years only. so they had no reason to do so. If i could post some of the whats App messages here you would see it for yourself. STAY AWAY from those people, they will take your money and you will never get anything done...
Now I don't have access to any of my emails, can speak with new customers. So We are losing a business thanks to Logo in 30 minutes.

I would give Zero Stars if it was a choice, worked with Alex McAllister on both Vehicle Decals and Website Design. Made 3 payments for a total of $903 on April 22nd, 2021. Never received the decals or website support that was promised, reached out on a dozen different occasions via email, phone and chat with several promises of management call back. I HAVE SPENT THPOUSANDS WITH THESE GUYS. THOUSANDS!!!!!! THE PEOPLE I WAS WORKING WITH DISAPPEARED. EMILY BROWN WAS HER NAME, SHE WAS GREATR BUT THEY CLAIM SHE HAD A MISCARRIAGE AND WONT BE BACK. SO THEY TOOK DOWN MY WEBSITE IN LESS THEN 2 YEARS WHEN I PAID FOR FIVE. I ALSO PAID FOR THE WEBSITE RIGHTS BUT THEY AVOID ME WHEN I TELL THEM TO GIVE IT TO ME. UNTIL THEY CALL ME OR DO THE RIGHT THING AND SEND ME MY WEBSITE PORTAL SO I CAN LINK IT TO MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE I STAR RATINGS AND TELL MY STORY!!!!
