Lynne is our 'go to person' for holidays. She is professional and very knowledgable, listens and questions carefully so that she can tailor her recommendations perfectly. Her customer service is second to none, no details are missed, and I can (and regularly do!) wholeheartedly recommend Lynne. Don't be worried about 'luxury prices' either - the prices are highly competitive, undercutting internet prices, and you receive the excellent service package too - with a huge dollop of patience thrown in (for when I'm dithering and changing my mind!)

I have made numerous holiday bookings with Lynne over time and every one had led to a great holiday, this time my family and I have just returned from Dubai. When booking this time, Lynne was able to recommend the ideal holiday for our family, and offer advice from first hand experience. This holiday was booked in Covid times, and Lynne could offer up to date information and guidance surrounding this, including what options we had if the holiday had to change. Lynne was always at the end of a phone call or email, Lynne really did manage the whole booking and offered an excellent service. We did have to speak to Lynne while we were away and she was able to sort out an unrelated issue immediately. Thanks for another great holiday.

We recently returned from a five week trip to Australia visiting Cairns, Gold Coast, Blue Mountains Sydney and Perth incorporating visits to friends along the way.

Lynne from Lomani spent a long time with us to help plan this complicated trip and then using her extensive knowledge of Australia put together an Itinerary including flights, stopovers, transfers, trips to the barrier reef, rain forest, train, cable cars and more for our approval.

This personalised trip went like clockwork and is something that would have proved difficult, stressful and more costly to arrange ourselves.

Lynne organised a fantastic trip to Peru and
Brazil for us. We have for years used Trailfinders for our travels but on recommendations of a few friends we tried Lynne. Not only did she source a cheaper holiday but we feel she was involved and cared. A personal service that makes a difference. Even checked we got home safely and everything was OK. From concept of phoning to seek advice and costs, Lynne took time to get our ideas and wishes right. Sourcing a South American specialist, she really couldn't have done more for us. My partner and I had originally booked to travel to Turkey, with the unfortunate news of Thomas Cook our holiday was cancelled.

I contacted Lynne and within a day (while balancing some tricky personal bits) managed to send 2 great locations in Dubai! Lynne arranged the booking completely, even down to dropping us our tickets and bag labels all in a beautiful leather Lomani wallet! (nice touch)

We opted for the hotel Lynne recommended and what can I say, we were not disappointed! We had the most amazing week in the sun, so much so we are planning our trip with Lynne for next year!!

Our trip was extremely well organised. Everything went according to plan without any hitches. The choice of accommodation suited us very well indeed. We were advised to travel Emirates and this was very good advice. Dealing with a travel consultant who knows her job takes a lot of stress out of the planning of a holiday. Just returned from a holiday of a lifetime to Alaska (cruise/land tour). Fabulous time made easy by Lynne who took the stress out of organising all 5 flights, transfers to hotels/ship and following land tour. This is the 5th holiday my family and I have arranged through Lynne and have just booked a 6th and will continue using Lomani and recommend without hesitation - Lynne provides an excellent friendly customer service before and after every holiday.

The arranging of the holiday was a lot simpler, we had a cruise out of Barcelona, with flights there and back, and a hotel before and after. A few hitches (taxi strike!) were followed up by Lynne on our return, a very good after service.

my wife and I have just returned from the best break we have ever had, in Lake Garda. we asked Lynne to sort out the holiday which she did as a real professional. Everything was laid on including the most fabulous hotel we have ever stayed in....the word stupendous doesn't cover it....really was that good.
