Completely unprofessional from start to finish. No communication- never answers telephone or emails.
Package arrived unannounced/ no tracking and was in a torn and incomplete box. No paperwork or proof of purchase.
Organising a return for a refund was hell- completely ghosted in all comms and when eventually contact was made through having to harass the 3rd party delivery driver to contact them, they failed to collect item 4 times. Once returned they denied having received the return despite the courier providing assistance and photographic proof. Still awaiting a refund. Email comms erratic, accusatory, unprofessional and unclear. Have had to report and escalate to retrieve money back.

Was a bit dubious after placing order & reading other reviews. Yes this was the best price I could find for the item in question but guess these days we are just used to better communication? After placing order there was no communication/ updates. Sent emails, phoned & left message, still nothing. However eventually got an email a week later with delivery date & item arrived as stated with no issues. Better communication I think would help this business.

Communication was absolutely terrible!!
I recieved no information about when my product was going to be delivered until 2 days before it was delivered which led me to worry that this was a scam because I also sent them an email and got no response. When I phoned up they at first didn’t return my call after I left a message and the second time I got through and they still couldn’t tell me when my product was going to be delivered 😡.
I eventually received my product and am very happy with it but next time I will stick with a more reputable and well known company.

Almost total lack of information after original shipment damaged in transit; I really had to chase it with virtually no support until it was delivered MUCH later!

The company was very helpful but they were not able to remove the VAT which is normal for all UK goods being shipped to Jersey

I ordered 4th of July & I did not get my package yet . No response when they will deliver. I called & voice mail they said 12th of July . Still not receive its 16th. Very disappointed.

No contact.no update about my order, it is two weeks now, I have only one email .no tracking email. Clear just scam. I believe all positive reviewers are not real .

Fast delivery and pleased with the appliance.

What a shower. Another few days pass and they now tell me they have refunded me but surprise... nothing . How is it possible this sort of thing can happen in Britain today.
Dont touch this lot with a barge pole.

Ordered a cooker hood, absolutely no correspondence from company. Messaged ,Emailed, Phoned after a few days, no reply, a few days later i left phone message asking for delivery dates etc, and stated if i didn't hear back my next phone call was to Trading Standards. Order was then cancelled and refund given 4 days later

Placed an order on the 5th April. Still haven't recieved my order. Sent a few emails and still waiting on a reply

I ordered a toaster 11 days ago and I have heard nothing since . No communication at all despite sending an email , a text and a contact form. Still says ‘processing ‘. My toaster is broken so I would have liked to receive a new one sooner than this . I’m thinking this company has scammed me !

Hi , yes, you were good and delivered on time. All i can say is customer support could be improved, like confirming delivery dates upon order (i had ask you, and wait for you confirm) that said, i would come back to you again.

Placed a order for a dryer took the money nothing received no tracking number or any info regarding delivery
Rang the company a week later who said there system was down and could i send an email if i wanted a refund so be it
Then asked for the order number which i supplied put me on hold then answered by saying order number was correct and once again told me to send an email
Luckily i paid by paypal who refunded me straight away
