Fantastic locks fitted by Matt who was extremely efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend services. Thank you.

Jonathan arrived within minutes, dismantled the lock, explained the problem and fitted a new lock all in a very brief period of time. Jonathan was such a likeable character and so polite and helpful. He is a real credit to your company and I would not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to others. Brilliant service at a competitive price. Thank you Locksmith London Ltd.

This company is absolutely exemplary. Exceptional from start to finish; offering the best advice and service. My original lock had been butchered and these wonderful guys (David & Sandy) sorted everything swiftly and economically. There's a lot of charlatans and cowboys out there, definitely go with these guys!

Exceptionally good customer service from start to finish. Kept in regular contact and very helpful with trying to schedule installation at a time that worked for me. Really impressive. Thank you!

Efficient, friendly, done.

London Locksmith's service was excellent. David in the office was incredibly helpful taking us through the process from start to finish. Sandy the locksmith was friendly, efficient and informative. We were very pleased with and grateful for the amazing service. Highly recommend using this fabulous team.

Called unable to get the front door of our property to lock following a tenant checking out. Both estate agent and I couldn’t get it to lock despite applying force. Was asked for a video over WhatsApp, sent it, and told I didn’t need a callout just some WD40! Saved me a bunch of hassle. Thank you so much!

Flavius was very friendly and helpful! He got the job done quick and done a good job fixing my door handle and lock, was easy to speak to him and he understood what I wanted. 10/10 for time management and efficient.

This is Nathaniel from Blair House. Great experience today. The locksmith really was patient, understanding and demonstrated skill in his craft. I was impressed by that

Reliable friendly and affordable would have no problems in recommending this company
Great service

This is very professional and honest Tradesman. He responded promptly and gave me a great advice.I would recommend 100% to do business with this gentelman,he is also very humble.

Vali came out within half an hour after an attempted robbery at my house and reassured me by checking all the locks and fixing the one that was pushed out of place. He then spoke me through the entire locking fixture of the locks to explain how they worked which helped me and calmed me down. Thank you Vali!

Very helpful advice regarding doorbell installation.

just had a chat with David. Sent him a photo. Within seconds came a fulsome reply. David took his time talking me through the technical stuff even though he knew from the outset my problem was the door not the lock. I shall now get a proper door and then get back to London Locksmiths to do the lock. Thank you David and LL Team. I shall sleep well tonight.

I recently had an issue with my ERA nightlatch, and found London Locksmiths through the search engines.
David was prompt to respond, and immediately he was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He quickly identified the issue (which was the result of a faulty installation). Throughout the process, I never felt like he was pushing for an expensive solution just becuase it would favour him. On the contrary, he consulted in the direction of a less expensive and invasive fix, which turned out to be just what I needed. Communication was great throughout. I would definitely recommend them.

Quick to book and come to site. Great job done! Very pleased. Slightly annoying to have to pay by bank transfer instead of card, but overall very smooth. Recommended!

Called up with an issue I'm having with my locks and managed to fix it over the phone. Was very surprised, clearly an experienced outfit who know their stuff. Will return in the future should any other problems arise. Highly recommend! Thanks a lot.

Great job. Very helpful and easy to contact on WhatsApp. Came when they said they would and installed the security locks efficiently.

Very efficient, friendly, prompt and professional in the way London Locksmiths communicated and carried out the service I requested. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend London Locksmith to anyone requiring Locksmith services. Special thank you to David who coordinated my requirements as well as kept me in the loop every step of the way.
