I’d recommend steering clear of these folks at all costs. We’ve stayed in a property managed by them over the past year and it’s been the worst experience we’ve had in eight years of renting in London. Whenever we’ve had issues we’ve had limited and incomplete responses to emails, lack of follow through, and have had to chase with phone calls every time to get them to do things they’d already committed to previously. They’d be polite and promise something is happening on the same day, but a week later you’ll have to phone to find out nothing has been done. We’ve had to wait more than a week to get a broken boiler resolved (during a cold snap in early January), three weeks to get a broken carbon monoxide alarm replaced (literally would take a day for anyone proactive and competent), more than four months for damage caused by scaffolding they’d directly asked us to allow to be moved through the property by the building management to be repaired (after being told it would be done immediately - hadn’t happened by the time we’d left), and more than six weeks to get them to do their part on returning our deposit. We’d reported several serious health and safety concerns around mould and water damage together with photos, without them ever sending a representative to have a look despite us having a small child and pregnant woman in the flat. It’s just been a constant case or them dragging their feet, taking zero accountability, and refusing to let one escalate to a more senior person, landlord, etc. They’ve cost us a lot of time and caused a great deal of frustration - worst experience we’ve had. AVOID AVOID AVOID if you can.
