I am very happy with their work
I am very happy with their work. I did EICR, Risk Assessment, PAT test, Fire Extinguisher testing and fire safety assessment certifications. I would recommend all of my friends to choose this group for their certification. Mr HAROON and MEHWISH help me a lot and do all the process within 2 days. Thank you guys for helping me in a short time and better quality than any other companies.

SCAM ARTISTS - trying to get more money off you.
*UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER*
Unfortunately, when you have been taken advantage of by companies such as this, you have no option but to take legal action when there is clear evidence of fraud on a legal documentation. As well as customer exploitation.
Sad fact is that women often are taken advantage of in this industry and I will not apologise for standing up for myself!
I have no reason to lie and stand by my original review.
To state you stand by false data on your report is genuinely worrying, especially considering the nature of the industry.
Bottom line, they did not meet their service promise and put fake data on a legal document...
In addition, they have no provided me with the evidence I requested of the phone calls.
The independent electrician who reviewed the report said they were pretty disappointed that companies like this would provide such a report and tarnish their industry.
INITIAL REVIEW
I've had bad experiences before so before booking, I asked who would do the EICR inspection and for their qualifications.
On the day, I got a call from another person doing the inspection. I called the company and they assured me this guy had the same qualifications.
After getting the report, I noticed loads of mistakes. The guy was in and out in 10 minutes, should have expected they didn't do anything!
Asked an independent third party to review:
- falsified data: they said they checked points which have no sockets and would have needed the fascia removed,
- failed aspects which should be advisory due to no external equipment, garden or balconies
- contradictions in the report saying RCDs were missing then later reported the RCDs were checked and tested,
- reported an incorrect number of circuits in the property,
- stated a fuse code which isn't even in the property.
Of course they followed up saying additional work needs doing and given me a quote, likely expecting a single female alone to not pay attention and is an easy target.
I've asked for qualifications of the person who attended and the ones provided are not what I had agreed to prior to booking. They will not issue a refund for breach of contract and falsifying data on the report so I am now reporting them but they are ignoring my right to request data so are not only in breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015, but also Data Privacy laws (the latter of which I know comes with hefty fines!)
Bottom line, pay a little more for a reputable company and seriously, AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Antwoord van Home Safe Assessors Ltd T/A London Safety Certificate
Dear Jasveen,
We’re disappointed to read your review, especially given the efforts we made to complete your EICR inspection professionally and transparently.
You booked an EICR, which was carried out by a qualified and certified engineer. Upon your request, we provided relevant credentials and identification before the visit. The inspection was completed, and a valid report was issued in line with regulatory standards.
After receiving your report, you repeatedly demanded a refund without presenting any formal evidence of wrongdoing. Instead, you made serious accusations, including falsifying data and breaching contract, without offering any technical proof or allowing us to carry out a proper internal review.
We clearly communicated that if there were genuine issues, we would investigate them fairly and thoroughly. Instead, you resorted to sending multiple aggressive messages and making unfounded legal threats in an attempt to pressure us into a refund.
We also have reason to believe that this is not the first time you’ve used this tactic with service providers. Small businesses like ours deserve the chance to defend their work based on facts, not fear or intimidation.
Our engineers follow strict procedures. We stand by the report issued and by the professionalism of our staff. We will always welcome constructive feedback, but false claims and harassment will not be tolerated.
Best Regards,
London Safety Certificate Team
Great experience start to finish
Great experience start to finish. Booking was easy, the appointment happened punctually and efficiently. When I received the report it was explained to me clearly what the next steps were. The customer experience was excellent - I was able to speak to one of two helpful advisors every time I called up who were immediately able to help me - a huge improvement on last time I did this with a different company. A big thank you to Haroon & Mehwish.
