This place is totally a scam! They sell you fake ticket prices and trade your email amongst other booking sites. On the same phone number we were told to approve a payment from another company that they claimed was theirs, after giving them the money a dummy ticket was sent with no confirmation! When we called look best fare they claimed that the transaction was never taken from them. Honestly the worst company ever total scammers!!
I had a dispute with the bank to claim the payment as fraudulent but they won it and was short of £600 do not trust this company

“Please be careful, it’s a scam. Never buy tickets from them. They will start by saying no meals or luggage are included, and later claim that the bank won’t let them take the money. Always book your tickets from the official airline’s website or app.”

I have used many 3rd party agents to purchase flights and have never experienced what I have done with this company. My experience is echoed in the reviews below and after paying £1005 for flights to NY I was called shortly afterward to say there is no return flight as the promotion is full and I have to join a waitlist or pay £200 for cancellation
I haven’t had any email confirmation of the flight booked and have been called continuously chasing for the cancellation fee.

SCAM. I really wish I had used trustpilot to AVOIDED giving them £4,700 money for return flights to Bali. Paid in full - then told have to pay another £4,500 as ‘promotional’ airline price not available now. Said no - they then said no return flights unless we pay the extra £4,500 so said we’re just have the outbound flights. They said no airline won’t allow that???? When challenged they said we are on a wait list. That’s when we realised this was a con and researched company. Then they started calling and are still calling be extremely rude and intimidating. They agreed cancellation but we have to pay an addition £1,200 on top of the money they already have. We refused saying pay cancellation fee out of £4,700 already given. They are refusing!!! We have spoken to Airline and they have told us our tickets have not been booked or reserved. There is also space on these flights that we paid for. Airline also confirmed that the promotional price that only included ‘seat on flight’ without meals/baggage& seat selection DOESNT EXIST. Therefore proving a complete scam. We are attempting to get our money back from credit card under the consumer act 75 for ‘breach of contract for goods paid’. It’s going to be a long process to try to get this money back if ever. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL THAT THIS COMPANY CAN DO THIS

Bogus!
No honest with their advertisement. There is always a catch. I wouldn't recommend this company.

This company is a total scamm!!! running their operations from call centre in India but is apparently registered in UK. I booked tickets with them on 09/05/24 and was told that that the tickets would be issued in 24 to 48 hours over the phone. 48 hours lapsed and I didnt receive anything and called them and was told that the tickets may take till 20th June (4 days before departure date) to issue and that they cannot refund my money and that it will be held till 20/06 and that there is no gurantee that I would get the tickets. But I can buy alternative tickets with them with that money at hyped prices.
I intend to get a refund through my credit card bank and will complian about them to other authorities. Absolute headache once they take your money. Please do not book with them, otherwise your money is stuck and you will not get the tickets either and they will request you to buy different tickets from them at really high prices.

This agency is unethical/a scam.
they charged £481 for a ticket but then requested a further £450 to complete the booking. I asked to cancel. They initially refused. they then offered cancellation at a £250 fee and then reduced this to £200. they insisted I pay this rare than it be deducted from the ticket price already paid.
it is a scam - please dont use.

TOTAL BLATANT SCAM! The “purchase” price was just the “ticket holding price” and when I called they expected me to “pay the difference between the holding price and the real price”. When I told them to cancel they said “sure but the purchase is non-refundable”. TOTAL SCAM! STAY AWAY!

scammers and chancers
terrible company the staff are rude and demanding. I was trying to book flights to Phuket. they tried to take payment without actually booking them and sent me a bogus conformation with false flight numbers on!!!! luckily i book lots of flights so spotted it and my bank declined the payment anyway because they didn't trust the source. Thanks HSBC!! Lookbestfare then continued to bombard me with emails, WhatsApp and telephone calls demanding that I pay for the flights and that they were booked with Qatar airlines , they were not booked! when i questioned this they said they weren't booked but LOCKED IN hahahaha what does that mean!! any way i have blocked this company in every way possible. please read the other reviews before entering into any business with this lot. just to say this website came up whie i was looking for another one so be aware.

Warning DO NO USE THIS COMPANY
Warning DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. Everything they do is a scam; they blame on technical glitches; the following is one of my last letter. The most stressful experience as they let me buy a flight without providing all the information that were changing every 10 minutes, on the information you have provided missing the stopover in Bali it was not written anywhere as you were sale something without providing the right information ; the luggage were included and then you have removed the bags said that there was a technical glitch again you have mislaid me and you were add on a new term and condition. Sadly, the technical glitch is your fault guys you have quoted flights for October as you have made a mistake even on that, your dishonesty went above and behind when you actually start to charge my credit card without authorisation; luckily the Barclaycard fraud team stop the charge while you were try to wash our brain. The real thing is that you are criminals; when you deal with money you cannot make mistakes especially when there more than five.

I have taken the step requested by my credit card provider, and this has confirmed that you are criminals. I have done the same search again on google and on again the website direct me with the same flights ticket amount, the same 20 minutes timer, and to secure the offer was requesting to leave the credit card. When this happened to me, I contacted you via chat and ask if there were possibility to pay a small deposit to secure the booking . The real thing is that you scam people with a scheme of providing an attractive price and I am sure that many have put the credit card account and you have started your manipulations with term and condition. You stated yourself when you said that in a skyscanner.net your flights were offered at £9000. You also said that I had to listen on everything you said and if i was unhappy you were refund due to the numerous mistakes, and I explained to you that due to the nature of your continuously mistakes, aggressive and defensive behaviour I lost my confidence to proceed with any bookings; you even said that was not true that you have tried to charge an extra £1500 on the card.

I have taken the screenshots to prove my investigation; I therefore require the script of our chat conversations and the recordings of all the telephone calls.

This is a complete scam company. They want to charge you double the money even though they have issued no eticket. You owe them nothing unless they issue you a eticket for the amount agreed on at booking. Instead they try to pump you for double money. They do not answer the phone number listed on the itinerary. Please avoid at all cost. They can’t honor their price to me and others have stated the same thing. Good luck.

As an earlier reviewer noted, it's a scam site. The booking is fake and just a way to get your credit card info.

After you "book" they call from a different number 1-888-204-1678 speaking broken English demanding that you owe nearly a thousand dollars to "complete" your booking that is only the "standby price."

Refusing to comply and being told what I had already paid was non-refundable I called my credit card fraud department.

I have tried to call the number on the lookbestfare.com website, but they just put you on hold. Eventually they took a message saying they would call me back but never did.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAM/FRAUD/RIPOFF
