They are scammers. And under investigation. They do not send your tickets and call daily trying to extort money from you saying the tickets have gone up. Airlines are aware and blocking them from making reservations. My Advice, stay away!!!

Lookbookflights, specifically, Edward, made my job much easier. i have taken my WBB teams to Las Vegas 5 times in the past 20 years. Edward got us the best group price available-he beat a competitor by $214 per flyer. He was efficient and polite. i recommend this company and Edward. i rated them 5 stars!!! i will use them again.

I had to coordinate the travel of a lot of people. It has been a few weeks process because of work schedules, etc! Once the purchasing time came around, the prices had gone up considerably amongst my go to booking cites. I had purchased 2 tickets with another cite and was really disappointed that their prices had gone up by 100-200 per ticket. I needed 5 more!

I found lookbookflights by fluke - and was apprehensive at 1st. But they offered to talk to me! So I called because I needed to coordinate some people traveling on different days but wanted to coordinate returning together. It took us a bit of time to coordinate it all (45 minutes - not horrible). but which booking cite can you call and speak to someone and not be charged for that?

Soooo. They had the best and cheapest prices by 100 or so per ticket. They also had the best combination of flights and offered me the best layover times. After MANY Years of booking tickets with other cites I am a new customer to lookbookights! My favorite is their customer service. They checked listened to my needs and wants, researched flights, and after checked on me to make sure I received my e-tickets. You don’t get them right away like other places. And I called the next day, (apprehension :(). The website says they must confirm funds first. Which really creeped me out but I checked with the airline, and they are there. My rep Juan and others called me to make sure I receive emails and to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Who does that! I am not that old but I do remember the travel agencies being an awesome experience. This is like that. Thank you!!! ~~~ Alexia

Best company to book your flight and to have a better deal and on top of that they have the best customer service (I mean they are very patient to listen to you ). What I really like from them, it's the phone it picks up just after about two ringings.
