If it were an option I would give this company negative stars as a rating. It took a month from ordering shoes from this site to receive the items, but that was not the bothersome part of dealing with them. The shoes looked of poor quality, so I requested a full refund. Getting a refund was a hassle. It took several days of emailling with this company to finally get a refund. After requesting a full refund multiple times and the Lookyno representative offering various partial refund options, the final options the rep gave were:
"We have two final solutions:
① Please damage the product.
Due to damage to these products, they are unable to function properly. In this case, we can arrange a full refund for you.(Operation sequence: You need to damage it; then provide us with photos of the damage; after we review these photos, we will arrange a full refund for you)
② We offer you a refund of 47.86 USD, but you can still keep the product.(This solution is more environmentally friendly, while also saving return time and costs)"
I was eventually able to get the full refund but the poor quality of their shoes and the hassle of dealing with them ensured that I will not purchase from them ever again.

Avoid at all cost!
Their customer service sucks and it is not 100% money back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a pair of shoes. Looks very cheap and too small. I was told to send pictures with my feet in the shoes and they would think about what to do.

this is a bad company very misleading in product you are getting. what you see is not what you get.

I bought a pair of Women's Arla Primrose sandals. They did not fit well and I want to return. Emailed company three times. Sandals arrived on July 22 and I emailed the company for information on how to return. Never recieved an answer. Please do not buy anything from this company. It is a fake company and a lesson learned.

On their website the name brand is of the shoes I bought is visible Bare Traps on the inside sole at the heel. I have four pair of Bare Traps and know what the logo looks like. When you take the real Bare Traps off the straps stay in place. The ones I received for Lookyno do not have the logo like it does in the picture and they are cheap and flimsy looking. Very bad quality.

I can’t even give this company 1 star!! They sick & r crooks!! Lookyno advertised a pair of SHAYANNE LEATHER BOOTS! When they arrived, the boots were some generic, no brand name, polyurethane crap!! I went back & forth with them about a refund! They refused to do so!! Instead, they wanted to give me 40% of the original $89.99 price. I refused. I pointed out to them that their website read; easy 1 2 3 returns!! Not so! After a few more rounds of arguing back & forth, they told me they would give me a full refund if i destroyed the boots & sent pictures of the destruction!! I could not bring myself to mutilating these boots! Even though they were not up to my standards & they clearly engage in false advertising, I could not bring myself to do something so egregious! I back down & conceded to the 40% & keep the boots. I donated them as I’m sure someone could benefit from foot cover! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They lie & r dishonest!!

Ordered shoes from this company. When they came I tried them on they were too long in the toe area by 2 inches. Won't let me return offered only a 25% refund to be used in their store. Why would I order from their company again for treatment like this!

Don't buy from these people. They scam you. I bought a pair of shoes. First, shipping sucks, then when the shoes arrived, they were shipped in a plastic bag with no protection at all. The shoes were badly scuffed up, so I contacted them, took pictures and asked for a return label and a refund. They say that they will give me 30% of my money back. After going back and forth, they say we will give you a full refund after we receive evidence that you totally destroyed the shoes. I'm not doing that so they can say I damaged them. They need to do that themselves. So Buyers Beware!!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars for LookyNo. Stiff plastic-like shoes, awful customer service. The shoes took a long time to arrive. They refused to allow me to return, offered me a portion of the original, and when I asked for full refund, they told me the only way is if I totally destroy the shoes and send a picture. What?!

Do not order from here they took a month to send my shoes and they did not look like the picture plus they were too big. They offered me $9 I paid 32 and said to keep the shoes and said I could give them to goodwill 😲. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from this company. They took a month to fill my order. You must email them to return the product. They took 3 weeks to respond and now refuse to accept the return claiming I was beyond their 30 day return policy.

I bought a few pairs of shoes in this shop, the soles are very soft and comfortable, with the function of foot support, but his shoelaces are not very good, too short and easy to unravel, which is inconvenient, other than this There's nothing bad about it.
