I dont know yet about the quality of the shoes.I totally agree with other reviews. their customer service is horrible. Their policy is insane. refunds are not accepted for them. I would like to exchange my shoes in a smaller size they make it so complicated. I'm told that I will actually be responsible for paying for my own shipping costs for exchanging and returning my item. Once they receieve my return, they will then process my replacement. But don't even bother to tell me how to return, how can I get a packing slip.. not at all. We have been emailing back and forth for 10 times but no one really wants to help and i still have ZERO information how to return it to get my replacement

I purchased my first Loom sneakers a few weeks ago & I am extremely disappointed! The quality and comfort is just not there. These are one of the most uncomfortable sneakers I have ever tried on! And I don’t have wide feet or special feet that require extra width etc. And for the cost I expected the construction/quality of the shoe to be much better. Please rethink your purchase with this company for the following reason; 1. NO refunds unless you refuse delivery & return them in the exact same packaging & within 7 days AND you PAY for shipping. 2. They are extremely uncomfortable starting with a very narrow front and the heel of the shoe being very firm, no cushion & rubbing as soon as you put your foot in the shoe. 3. They take weeks to ship out. 4. Their customer service response/assistance is very poor. 5. The sole of the sneaker is very thin & looks cheap. 6. The bottom of the shoe looks cheaply made. 7. They cost $99.00 & up!

I will never again purchase anything from this company. During this entire process from purchase to trying to get a refund it feels like the company is a scam. Too good to be true once you receive their terrible shoe you’re stuck with it.

Ordered these for my son. No padding, felt like hard plastic, horrible quality. We were looking for waterproof shoes, these unfortunately, are not it.

Agree with several other reviews, not waterproof, the loopholes also have broken. I had to return both original pairs as they were too small. Not great customer service either, took me many, many emails until I got replacement pairs, for which I had to spend upwards of $35 to return them.

Shoes are not waterproof as they claim to be in my experience. The first time my son wore his new Loom shoes it was raining, and he came home with his shoes and socks soaking wet just like any other running shoe.

waterproof feature is the stand out for these shoes and works very well ! Very Very disappointed that after only a few months, the lace loopholes have split on both sides of the shoes making them pretty much useless. Not what I paid for !

Absolute bandits. They sent me the wrong size so I emailed them to advise (as there is no returns information in the parcel or on their website). They took 3 weeks to reply and then asked me to return them to an address in Los Angeles. They refuse to cover return postage (even though it was their mistake) and so it cost me £30 to return the shoes to them. They are now refusing to issue a refund and are insisting on sending a replacement. Obviously I have absolutely no desire to use their product after the experience I've had and there is also the chance they will send the wrong size again as they don't seem to have any idea how to run a company properly.

Same as some other people mentioned. Cheap uncomfortable shoes, customer service is non responsive, website refuses to post negative reviews of any sort. do not buy them

It’s a scam, do not buy Loom shoes! They send cheap fake copies and refuse to answer emails about refunds (I’ve sent multiple emails for almost 2 weeks and still not received a reply). Please don’t fall for this scam trap!!

It doesn't work at all, both the Chrome extension and the app. They didn't work at all. Worst service ever.

Loom Footwear is a scam, I recieved a shoe that looked similar to the one on the listing but was not actually the same shoe at all. Just a cheap knock off, no branding to indicate who even made the shoe, came in a plain white box with no branding, the soles of the shoes don't match the ones as listed and if you look at all the shoes they sent to people for free reviews they have branding on them but the ones on the website doesn't. Do not buy, as you don't even know what shoe your actually buying.

Scam. Ordered shoes a month ago, still hasn't received any shipping information. Customer service doesn't even have a phone number. Absolutely no response to my emails.

Ordered shoes with them over a month ago, still did not even get information about them being shipped and customer service is not replying to any questions about expected shipping date, smells like a big scam.
