Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Attention all you new and existing customers, Loopy are cheap but make you look homeless!
For the second time, I have been scammed into buying a pair of jeans described by them as being in excellent condition,however to my dismay I have been sent a pair of jeans completely frayed at the bottom of each leg. They look as though someone has took a pair of scissors to them to cut the legs to a shorter length, a pathetic diy job with massive frays of cotton hanging off them. I look like a vagabond in them about to go busking or begging. No thanks.

Terrible customer service

Customer service is terrible. Website states a reply within 2 business days. Have waited over 10 days for a response, sent several emails and even tried to DM their social media pages but get nothing back. When you need to contact customer service in order to return items it feels like the whole thing is setup in order to force customers to give up and keep hold of items they do not want or have even been sent the wrong size.

Based on other trustpilot review response times it seems like its faster to get a response from loopi on here than it is to do so by email. So please if you have any customer complaints or issues make leaving a negative review here your first port of call.

Edit - I have emailed from two different email addresses and received no response from either. They are different from the email address connected to this account and they both were sent to info @loopi.com.

Products not as described—stock photos instead of actual photos

Sent me a very damaged pair of shoes after claiming they were in good condition and using stock photo images of brand new shoes. Initially had to pay return shipping for their returns process—really poor service, I would avoid this company.

Edit: Since writing this review I was offered a comped return, which I have already sent back. Unfortunately, my trust has been broken with this company—the stock photos just aren’t it for me. (2) The snarky replies here from customer service are one thing, but it’s the harping on the return and not acknowledging the misleading photos that’s another. Rebecca: thank you for confirming the free return, which I accepted and have completed. My main concern was not the availability of a return option, but that stock images of new shoes were used to represent a visibly worn and damaged pair. That discrepancy is what undermined my trust. I hope this feedback is taken on board.

Half of my order was perfect

Half of my order was perfect. The other was the wrong pair of jeans. Wrong size and no tag on them.

Some of our newer items don't actually have tags as they are graded in a slightly different way to our older items. Your sku numbers can always be found on your order confirmation though. Very badly discoloured Jeans.

The item, a pair of jeans , was exceptionally discoloured and the trouser bottoms were badly frayed . I threw them away . Very disapointing!

Forget about Edj vintage or any of…

Forget about Edj vintage or any of other vintage mistery box scammers, Loopi is one of the best vintage sellers that i trust and always receive by tomorrow, high quality clothes.. Cant thank enough for best quality of vintage stuff, just one thing could be better is packaging, wosh they would use carboard boxes instead of bags, i cant trust couriers

robotic customer service

Got sent the wrong item, enquired three times about whether the actual item I ordered was still available… and was ignored each time.
(Responded to my message though)
They gave me a refund once I’d sent the wrong item back.

It’s a shame, I understand that mistakes happen, but I felt like I was communicating with a robot.

I have just had a look over our messages and we did explain that the coat that you received, although not to your expectations, was the correct original coat and that you didn't receive the wrong item. You have been fully refunded and the offer of checking over some more coats before you place any more orders does still stand. We receive new stock regularly and is uploaded to our website daily.
