Results matter. The requirement to pay in order to be visible is a bad revenue model. My experience with trying to sell on a paid or non-paid basis was the same: no sale. The "tools" available when paying are not useful if you are not a large commercial real estate company.

I have gotten much better results over the last year on Facebook marketplace (8 inquiries) than on Loopnet (1). This indicates that my potential buyers are not on Loopnet. Your results may vary.

Worst experience of false advertising! We go online to look at a price to list the building. We’re quoted one price and then someone calls an up sells us or says that doesn’t exist so we confirm for three months and then I get charged for 10 months! We will never use this company again or any other affiliates!

Why do I constantly have to update my listing or be threatened with termination? You change advisors like others change underwear. None of this help me get my building leased

LoopNet is a great marketing platform that I would give 5/5 if you could choose a marketing plan that is month to month rather than an annual only option!

As an independent agent, it’s very expensive, especially if you only have 1-3 properties because you do residential and commercial. To force people into the “silver “program or other programs could be better. Just give people the option to pay per listing

Customer service is terrible. Neglected to tell agent that they charge 99 dollars a month even if you don't have an active listing.

They’re making it to hard to cancel. Even after canceling you will still get charged and all they can say is it was on the contract you agreed to it. Cannot get a refund from them at all. I would never use it if I knew about this and do not recommend it to anyone

“My experience with LoopNet/CoStar has been extremely frustrating. After paying for a full year, I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over 5 months. Instead of resolving the issue, I keep receiving excuse after excuse and being told that my request has been sent to another department. Despite repeated follow-ups, the account has not been canceled. The lack of transparency and customer support has been very disappointing.”

I am a disable vietnam vet trying to sell a commercial property in Tennessee. I agreed to advertised on Loopnet for 3 months October - December 2024, I went online and canceled the Ad but loopnet keep charging my credit card for 6 addition months. I called loopnet's toll free number was told that I failed to contact them ad ask to stop charging my card. I am old and disable and can't afford to be charged $180 x 6 months or $1080 total. Note: they never ran my ad but would still be charging me If I had not cancel my visa card. I personally feel they are rude and dis-honest.

I had a bad experience with Grayson Duyck. Loopnet should improve its agent vetting process.
