After my initial review
After my initial review, in which I mentioned that I was very satisfied with the product but disappointed with the gift wrapping, I was contacted and the issue was resolved very quickly. I received a refund for the gift wrapping, which I truly appreciate. I would like to thank the team for their prompt response and excellent customer care. Great customer service is not only about offering quality products but also about how issues are handled, and in this case my experience has been very positive. Thank you!

OK, but the emails!
The product is good, but I’ve never received so many marketing emails before. You try and unsubscribe, but they keep coming - like this review request.

Neither sticky nor slick...
I have used many different brands of beard oil over the years - some cheap and some quite expensive - this beard oil is the best I've used: smoothes down the wilder beard hairs without leaving any feeling of tackiness or stickiness but without also leaving your beard releasing oil on your hands or clothes for the rest of the morning. It is just right. At first the scent is quite strong but it dissipates nicely only giving of faint elements by the afternoon. Would recommend.

Antwoord van Lord of the Beards
Thank you for such a thoughtful and considered review. It is clear you know your beard oils, so this means a great deal to us.
Getting the balance right, the hold, the finish, the way the scent evolves through the day, is something we work hard on. It is genuinely rewarding to hear that someone with real experience across the market can feel that difference.
We hope your beard continues to look and feel its best.
