Bunch of scumbags work here and they steal people's money. The fact google works with companies like this is disgusting. They give California and Singapore a bad name as far as ethics go. These are some of the worst people you'll ever meet. They never fix anything and they only give generic responses. The only thing they are after is pure greed. If hell exist there is a special place for people like them.

It's only my preference, but having tried similar games, this is by far my favourite. You engage in more actual fights, while still having the option of upgrading your Heros, Buildings, and other Assets. While fighting, you are given options for Heros, Infantry, and other options. You can explore new Territoriesin, collect Heroes, and plenty of other features. Up to now I haven't encountered any Forced Ads either. Just be aware: you can spend hours on this game without realising!

New Events Review - I have been playing Lords for about 5 years and I have met a lot of really great people and built a formidable castle. The recent changes to events is horrendous. GF - the prizes suck and the tasks are too demanding. There is no big payday at the end of GF and you literally use your prizes just to survive the 17 tasks. It sucks. There is no major motivations to play GF anymore. DA - you are dividing guilds between good players and not good. It's stupid as hell and the motivation to participate has plummeted. For GF, prizes need to be boosted. There needs to be some sort of a payday to make it worthwhile. The tasks suck away anything saved during the month and as usual, it comes down to money, money, money for IGG. I have never been so close to quitting.

I have played on and off over a number of years. I have spent a small amount of money on this game. I tend to start new accounts to play over again as it is fun from beginning. As you progress it gets nasty. Racial, religious, bullying and abuse is normal. There are game glitches also. This is all ignored by the game producers even when reported, their only interest is making money. You have been warned.

Played the game for 4 years now I just give up with it all they want is you to spend money for more power my account is on 1.5b might as soon as shield droped got attacked 56 times and zeroed takes forever to recover unless you gonna spend money have to be on line for events like gruild fest god forbidden if you dont make get kicked off gruild then have to meet unreasonable expectations by gruild leaders takes ages to increase your ATK unless again going to spend loads of money don't bother with this game it a big scam and loads of bots and cheats.

I was playing on a guest account a d foolishly tryed to add a email not remotely ever thinking it had played this game before but I clearly had because when I registered my email it took me right back to the start I provided paypal payments a driving license etc to prove who I was trying to recover the game I was playing before I registered my email city I was in when I downloaded provided them with everything and each day they asked for things like the ip address I used next day it was something else never again as if you would send them your driving license witch has all your details on it but they still want more proof then you give them what they ask and the next day they want more

I’ve been playing daily for over 4 years with 1,400+ consecutive logins, yet I still haven’t hit 1.2 billion.
Cons:
1. Requires a huge amount of money.
2. Must stay online constantly.
3. Gameplay feels like a repetitive routine with little real fun.
4. Laggy animations waste time and slow you down.

Well I've had several accounts, my strongest one a 1.5 bil might t5 account i literally dumped money into to be a rally lead, only problem is it never ends, you literally have to be online at all times to participate in the literally unlimited things going on, its too much, and the majority of people are way across the globe from you making time matches impossible, you cannot enjoy it, it takes your mental health, drain your energy until you just give up, its literally the biggest scam there is. It's not for f2p players, you would not last long.

I lost access to my Lords Mobile account (ID: 1951228247), followed every IGG step to recover it, submitted all required proof, and reported everything properly.

IGG admitted data was lost, refused to restore my progress, and repeatedly ignored my request for equivalent compensation — speedups, gems, or anything useful. Instead, they send cold, copy-paste replies with no real answers.

What’s worse: they haven’t replied to a single Trustpilot review, including mine — so they clearly don’t care how their reputation looks or how players are treated.

I’ve spent time, effort, and money in this game. IGG has rewarded that with silence and disrespect.

I will be sharing this experience on Reddit, Discord, Google Play, and filing a formal complaint to UK Trading Standards.

If you’re thinking of playing or paying: don’t. If you lose progress, you will get no help.

There are cheat bots in the colosseum every time you win it demotes you but rewards the higher ranking team in the kingdom, they have bots that reduce your power and raises their own so they remain the winning team, all these tactics are required to extort money from players by convincing them to make purchases to raise their own power for a better gaming experience. What’s more the players are not afraid to brag of all the cheats, bots, and hacking used to control this game and the players to their own will!

The last update is no more fun and for kids but if you like to Be strong in this game it kost Lots of money so wherry is the context to it all

E uno schifosissimo gioco gestito da coreani che non capiscono nulla loro sanno che all'interno di questo vi sono degli hacker che si camuffano giocatori e tu fanno cadere nelle loro truffe in modo tale che ti fanno perdere tutto quello che hai potenziato sul castello gli stessi ti segnalano a IGG e ti bloccano facendoti perdere tutto in modo tale che per riprenderti devi acquistare
E solo una truffa

Players are allowed to cheat and steal you're progress,I just told my clan that a code is not working ,I did not know it was a hack ,cheat stealing code,I was muted ,and are attacked daily by the clan,when I reported this matter,I was told if it happens again I will be muted permanently,I'm not told in what I did wrong ,so I have to shut up not report players,and Are also not allowed to cheat,it seems customer and the hacker,cheater players are helping each other, unfairness are flowing strong ,don't report anyone ,don't complain ,you can't grow in the game and it's hateful attacks everyday.

Je me permets de vous écrire pour exprimer ma profonde insatisfaction concernant le jeu Lord Mobile, auquel j’ai consacré une somme totale d’environ 2 000 € en achats intégrés, couvrant la période du 30 décembre 2023 au 14 juillet 2024. Malheureusement, je constate que ma capacité à progresser dans le jeu est gravement entravée par la présence de bots et de tricheurs, rendant ainsi le jeu injuste et peu gratifiant.

Cette situation constitue une violation de mes droits en tant que consommateur, en vertu des dispositions suivantes :

1. Code de la consommation :

Article L. 221-18 : Le consommateur a le droit de demander un remboursement pour un produit ou un service qui ne correspond pas à ses attentes.

Article L. 121-20 : Le consommateur a le droit d'être informé sur les caractéristiques essentielles des produits et services avant leur achat.

Article L. 121-21 : Le consommateur dispose d'un délai de rétractation de 14 jours pour renoncer à un contrat conclu à distance.

Article L. 113-1 : Le professionnel est tenu de donner des informations claires et précises sur les services proposés, notamment les résultats que le consommateur peut en attendre.

2. Code civil :

Article 1103 : Les contrats légalement formés tiennent lieu de loi à ceux qui les ont faits.

Article 1134 : Les conventions doivent être exécutées de bonne foi.

Article 1641 : Le vendeur est tenu de garantir l'acheteur contre les vices cachés de la chose vendue.

Je précise que la somme dépensée, qui atteint environ 2 000 €, est vérifiable par mon historique Google Play, qui fait foi à cet égard.

Dans ce contexte, je vous demande un remboursement intégral de la somme dépensée sur votre plateforme, en raison de l'impact négatif que cette situation a eu sur mon expérience de jeu et du sentiment d'avoir été trompé par un service qui ne tient pas ses promesses.

Je souhaite également vous informer que, si aucun accord amiable n’est trouvé dans un délai de 15 jours à compter de la réception de cette lettre, je me verrai contraint d'engager des poursuites judiciaires à votre encontre. Je suis déterminé à défendre mes droits de consommateur et à obtenir satisfaction par les voies légales appropriées.
