Honestly the worst company to order from!!!! Quality of the clothing is awful and I posted a return which they denied the got so didn’t refund me for my order!!! Will never order again and hope others don’t either!! If I could put minus 10 stars I would!!

Ordered my daughter a dress and was 2 small I am dyslexic and struggling returning it I emailed and asked for help and they sent me out another free of charge I explained was a special occasion and the mix ups with return all I would say is order next size up

If I could give it zero stars I definitely would. Absolutely awful website stay away at all costs. I ordered a dress that I needed for a wedding said it would be here in 3-5 days never did. I tried emailing multiple times no one got back to me. Then I receive an email saying I’m getting a refund but for only half the amount I paid for the dress!!! Absolutely disgusting and the fact you can’t get in contact with anyone about it. AVOID AVOID ADVOID

Dress wasn't what it was on the picture however when I contacted the company they offered a 50 percent refund which I accepted.

It’s been almost two weeks and my dress is apparently still in China!
They lie, they deceive and they steal.

If you love your peace of mind, don’t order from them.
Their response time is the worst. The customer service is the worst I’ve seen in my entire life.
They’re so incompetent.
They are very nonchalant.
They’re wicked and they will deceive you.

I had ordered a dress from lorvinna which came true to what the picture was on the website. Unfortunately it did not fit so I contacted them and they were very helpful. They give you a few options which I think is very fair and the option I chose was I get to keep the dress instead of returning and incurring fees and they sent a whole new dress the size I needed with all shipment and fees covered. They made the options so easy. I’d be definitely shopping from their website again now without hesitation.

I received my order 2 weeks after ordering it. The updates on my order were sporadic. The item arrived faulty and appalling quality - nothing like the website image. Cheap see through material and they have refused to refund unless I pay the return shipping costs - for a faulty item! AVOID!

Absolutely love the items, had such great comments from friends of the dresses. The silver glittery dress had SO many reviews and looks really expensive. Fast delivery too.

Never received my package, customer service was horrible.
Also - the company seems to be dropshipping from China, nothing 'London' about it.

Fantastic experience! The customer service was absolutely brilliant-quick, friendly, and super helpful. The clothes are stylish, and I would go down a size as the fit runs a little bit large, but overall, I recommend giving a try to this site.

very fast delivery, gorgeous dresses and unreal quality would definitely buy again !
however i’d size down to be on safe side
