We received your request to cancel the Heal-n-Soothe subscription 26 November, 2023 and it was thus promptly canceled. A refund was issued as a courtesy on that day as well and would have processed back to the card that was charged within 10 business days. Please do not mistake the refund for a debit on your bank statement. You have no other active subscriptions with us.

We have found no record of an attempt to cancel your subscription prior to the first subscription shipment, so automatically on August 19, 2023, the subscription was processed and a new bottle was shipped.

To be clear, virtually all supplements that are put through the encapsulation process need to have some "other ingredients" listed below the supplement fact box to allow the encapsulation process to happen, with very few exceptions. There are many choices for manufacturers to use. The most common is silicon dioxide. We choose to use an organic product called Nu-FLOW; you can read about it here https://ribus.com/nu-flow/ ... That said, we only use what is needed, and relative to the total weight of the product, it is a minimal amount by weight and percentage. We have used your info here to locate your customer record. We see you took advantage of our free trial offer twice in the month of July. We have reviewed our email and phone system and can not find any contact record from the account info we have on file via email or phone. If it is possible you sent an email from an email address we do not have on file, we would not have been able to link the accounts to an unknown email and process a request. Regardless, we have canceled your subscription, and no further products will be sent.
