Shelby is 12 and we visited Loss2Lace today, where she met Sam for the first time. From the moment we arrived, Sam was so welcoming, kind, and incredibly patient. Shelby was absolutely spoilt for choice with so many beautiful wigs to try on, and at no point did we feel rushed.

It made such a difference to have the time and space to explore different styles, and Shelby truly enjoyed the whole experience. She even chose something a little out of her comfort zone in the end—which was lovely to see.

I can’t thank Sam enough for the care, understanding, and confidence she gives to people experiencing hair loss. It’s clear how passionate she is about what she does, and it really shows.

I went for a wig consultation as I have recently been diagnosed with androgenic alopecia, and needed a bit of support with how to put my wigs on, and a lot of the basic things as I am quite new to all this. A new wig is not currently in my budget however I am saving up so I was quite worried beforehand but there was no pressure to buy a wig on the day so I was very grateful for this! Sam was very helpful, kind and supportive, and gave me lots of tips about how to fix different issues I’d been having with my wigs. It was nice to speak to someone experiencing the same things I am going through and she is very down to earth. I cannot thank Sam enough!

Sam has such a beautiful soul who actually cares about helping others and it was such a warm hearted conversation. She shared her experience and knowledge and helped me understand the best way to measure for the correct fit. I highly recommend Loss to Lace as Sam isn’t just here to sell a product she’s a woman who is dealing with the same issues and has a caring nature and genuine compassion.

Sam’s customer service is exemplary I cannot fault it. At no point were there any pushy sales techniques just genuine care. I think this is driven by the empathy and understanding from someone who has hair loss themselves. Delivery was super quick and you receive lovely thoughtful add ons. I just wish I’d come across Sam sooner and I will definitely return.

If you are feeling nervous or have questions about alternative hair then Sam is absolutely the best most supportive and caring lady you can talk to about your wig journey, she understands completely and puts zero pressure on anyone to purchase, she genuinely wants to help others navigate this crazy world of hairloss so they don’t feel alone. The wig I have is by far the best quality one I have tried, the cap is super comfortable, completely glueless and fits like a glove. The hair looks fantastic and goes in an updo no problems. Absolutely 100 percent recommend loss2lace, you won’t regret it.

I had been searching and searching for somewhere with wigs that didn’t look wiggy and was finding it impossible. I then came across Loss 2 Lace and as soon as they were up and running for appointments I booked straight in and I am so glad I did. The whole experience was brilliant, Sam made me feel comfortable and was caring and considerate throughout my consultation.
