WORSE EXPERIENCE of my life. Caused me nail cuticle infection, ugly nails, stress, it was absolutely traumatising, shocking. The salon does not abide by health and safety regulations, have no ventilation, no proper tools to do nails, tools they have are not sterilised, they caused damage to my skin and nails and did not disinfect the wound but rubbed it with their dirty hands. Personnel is rude and they are lying. The woman that did my nails was receiveing instructions from who seems to be the owner. I asked at the beginning if the woman even knows how to do the nails, is she in training? The owner got rude and denied it. When the woman totally messed up my nails, the owner took over and couldn't repair damage and then continued to apologise. Had to buy antibiotic cream the next day to heal the infections. My nails, cuticles and hands hurt for a week. DO NOT GO!!!!
