Very low quality items. Website says everything is returnable, but the process is awful and requires you to take photos of the items, submit your return request by email and mail the package yourself as well as pay international shipping. After returning the items several months ago, I still haven’t received a refund, and when I reached out to inquire, they simply said “sorry, we never got it.” Total scam.

I wish I had read the reviews before my purchase.

Extremely poor quality fabric, month long wait for shipping, customer service only makes it more difficult to return.

Please save your time and money and do not buy from here.

I wish I had read the other reviews first. Site is a total scam — they'll mail you poorly constructed clothing that is thin and cheap. Then they hit you with the surprise that if you want a refund, you are expected to pay the shipping to return it...to CHINA. They are not the small boutique they present themselves to be. I initiated a dispute with my credit card company.

Site is a scam. Items delivered were cheaply made and sizing was a joke. Site claims easy returns. What they fail to mention is that returns must be sent directly to China at own expense. AVOID!

I ordered a sweater from them and the sweater came in a terrible packaging and all crimpled. when i asked to return it they wanted me to retrun it in china and i have to pay for shipping of that item. these are scammers and ofcourse please do not order from them.

It's my own fault and I should have done better research. This site is a scam. They advertise like they are a high end boutique in Savannah, Ga., when in reality they operate out of a Merle Norman Store in Rincon,Ga. My order was placed on November 7th and it arrived today on November 22nd. The material is pretty and the colors are vibrant and the cut of the garment is 3 sizes to small; and that's after measuring myself several times to get an accurate fit. The dress is advertised as a loose and flowing boho cut. It's straight and super tight all over. Live and learn. I'm not even going to waste my time on a refund or return. China you have now burned every shopping bridge with me.

This feels like a complete scam. They advertise the item as ‘cashmere,’ but what they send is a totally different, cheap, low-quality product. It looks nothing like what’s shown online. They rely on this bait-and-switch tactic and then make the return and refund process unnecessarily difficult. Extremely dishonest experience.

should have done my research before ordering a sweater from this site. they claim to be based in Savannah, Georgia

ordered a sweater that looked beautiful and was made from "premium wool". after about 2 weeks, we got the sweater.

first off, it was at least 2-3 sizes smaller than what we ordered. secondly, the material was cheap. the tag on the inside literally said 95% polyester and 5% spandex. no where near "premium wool".

so, i contacted their customer service to start a return. they replied and wanted a picture of the item, so i sent it. they then said they could either start a return, or refund 30% of the purchase price and i could keep it. i opted for the return.

now, to be fair, their FAQ does say the customer is responsible for return shipping. however, it fails to mention the return address is in China! so i replied and said since they completely misrepresented the item, they would need to provide a return label. i got a reply offering a 40% refund.

i said that was unacceptable and started a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered a sweater from a website that presented itself as being a high end boutique in Savannah Georgia. The sweater in the picture looked gorgeous. When the sweater came 2 weeks later it was awful. Way too small and very cheap material. The sweater looked nothing like the picture. The colors were all off and there were no labels inside of it. The $50 sweater was a cheap piece of clothing. When I went to the website to find out how to return it I was shocked to find out the return first had to be approved, then you had to pay the postage back to ASIA!!! What????? I immediately called my credit card company and started a fraud complaint. BTW
The email I sent to the customer support address to get the approval was bounced back. Apparently no such address. Do not waste your money!!!!

The site is a scam. Please do not buy from here. This is not some cute boutique. They ship from China and the product that I received was totally different from what was shown in the pics. It was cheap, tacky, different size and color. And the best part, now they ask me to ship to China to get my refund or they are offering me to keep it at 30% discount. TOTAL SCAMMERS

This is definitely a scam. I wish I had seen these reviews first. The items are coming from overseas (not a cute boutique in Savannah, GA). The quality is awful. Do not buy from here. I will consider filing a complaint with the BBB for the false advertising of who they are.

I would give 0 stars, if it were an option. The XXL would fit a preteen. I don't believe the photo is the same sweater. It was similar but clearly different. And returns are to China. I call this fraud.

Besides a long shipping time (a month), when the sweater arrived, instead of having warm autumn colors, the colors were garish and the knit was flimsy. In addition, although I'd checked to see it the sweater had set-in sleeves (higher quality), it had sewn-in sleeves. When I gave this feedback, they gave me an address in China to return it rather than they handling it. Terrible products, terrible service.

The name is misleading. The Company is in china and the pictures are not even close to the horrible quality of clothes. There are no tags or names on the clothes. They do not offer free returns. I am fooled by their marketing.

This site is a scam, they are selling you items from Shein. Paid $60 for a sweater ghat was three sizes too small all notifications from SHEIN was a $10 sweater. Tried to return and they opted to give me a 15% refund instead then when I challenged offered a 25% refund instead of an international return. I paid $60
and were giving a $15 refund if I didn’t want to go to the hassle of international return, address to return was in China. Not a US business. Do not purchase it is a scam. I filed a compliant with my credit card company but am out the money. Buyer beware.

The website is beautiful and conjures all the boutique feels and they're "celebrating their 10 year anniversary". The clothes look soft and amazing. I ordered a Marie Cozy Knit Hoodie in a XXL because I am between an XL/XXL and I wanted it a little large. I also ordered Julie Soft and Warm Cashmere Sweater, again in XXL. The site offers "free shipping throughout the US" with a UPS logo next to it.

The following day I received tracking information that indicated it was being packaged and shipped FROM CHINA. That's when I did a deeper dive.

There is no store front. No cute boutique in Savannah GA. Their FB page is filled with digital content creators. Really, my bad for not doing my due diligence before ordering from a new place, but it was too late to fix that. The 23rd I received a tracking message that the order was "handed over to the airline" (in China) and the 24th it arrived at the "destination airport." I finally received it on the 28th. UPS was never involved.

The Marie looks like the picture, the fit is fine but it is NOT a hoodie. It has a cowl type neck that has a string through it. There is no tag, so who knows what the yarn is, although I would venture to guess it is acrylic.

The Julie is a hot disaster. First, it feels like something off the discount rack at a discount superstore, the arms fit at a 3/4 length, and the tag indicates it is polyester and elastane, that my friends, is NOT cashmere. Super disappointed in both myself and this 'site' for misrepresenting what they're about.
