Sorry you feel this way about our product. We our a family business set up in 1953 and hold a long reputation for our quality and product - we are stocked on some large retailers and have a wealth of reviews on our quality.

We're so sorry that your order didn't arrive as expected.

Our Next Day Delivery service applies to orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, with delivery due on the next working day. Unfortunately, while rare, a small percentage of parcels can be delayed or lost in transit by the courier.

If you had contacted us directly, we would have investigated this as a matter of urgency and, where appropriate, arranged a replacement to be sent straight away. We would also be happy to refund the delivery charge where the service paid for was not received.
