I’ve shopped with Lovall for years now
I’ve shopped with Lovall for years now, since they were love leggings. I repeatedly buy leggings from them and have also tried some other items on too. On two occasions I have noticed that the stitching on the seam of the leggings has started to come apart to create a hole only after a few wears. Both times I reached out to customer service and they were beyond friendly and helpful and offered a prompt replacement. Mia on the customer service team was especially helpful. I do really like the clothes and it’s good to know that if their are any issues with quality they will be resolved.

Faulty item quickly rectified
I received a faulty item. Had a prompt response from Mia. She sent me an alternative as my original item was no longer in stock. Not ideal to receive a faulty item but these things happen and can’t fault their helpful response.

Charlotte was incredibly attentive and patient, taking the time to fully understand my situation and ensure that everything was handled properly. She communicated clearly, followed up when needed, and made me feel completely supported throughout the process. It was clear that she genuinely cared about providing the best possible outcome, rather than just doing the bare minimum.

Friendly, prompt service
I ordered a pair of trousers and when arrived they unfortunately had a small rip. I contacted customer services and Charlotte was helpful and sorted a replacement pair promptly. Friendly and efficient service!

I can’t praise this company enough
I can’t praise this company enough. They go above and beyond my expectations. Mia was the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with. She did everything possible to ensure a great outcome for me. Polite, professional, knowledgeable on her product and genuinely caring that I was happy with my purchase. Their leggings may be slightly more expensive than other brands, but oh so worth it. Lovely leggings but..
Lovely leggings, the fit is perfect however, they have bobbled and lost some colour of time and I can no longer wear them. I think re purchasing to have this happen is a waste of money as they are expensive to do this

Beware postage and return postage costs
Paid £3.99 postage and then another £1.99 to return. So nearly £6 out of pocket to receive and return a lightweight vest top! Wont be ordering from here again.
Buyers beware when ordering as charged twice basically if have to return something.
At least with other places its either free returns or you get the postage back!

I looked at the leg length guide when buying some jeans and did not realise that these lengths were more for the Leggings so they were off from what I expected.
I reached out and Mia responded and was most helpful. All resolved and I am very happy with the outcome.

Perfect petite- friendly joggers
This was my first time buying from Lovall and I was very happy with the quality of joggers which were the perfect leg length on me as a petite lady. The soft fleece inside is so cosy and I will definitely be buying from Lovall again which also has excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service! I love my leggings from Lovall and have many pairs. Unfortunately there was a small issue with one pair I recently ordered and having got in touch with their customer service team (Mia) they offered me several options to rectify the problem. I chose for a free replacement and I'm very happy with this outcome. They take on board your concerns and are very happy to accommodate you as a valued customer.

Price VS Quality don't add up
Price VS Quality don't add up
I've been purchasing lovall leggings since 2023, thought I'd found the best leggings so didn't mind the price tag, they there buttery smooth and washed up so well. I felt a slight change in fabrics when I re purchased last year but I've just had 4 new pairs of leggings arrive and the fabric is so so so different.
Its stiff, doesn't feel buttery and the size I've always bought feels tiiiiight! Which is odd considering I've lost weight! Oh and god forbid you had a thicker set of calves!
Thankfully I had a voucher so I'm not out my own personal money. However, I'll certainly be avoiding this brand in the future. For the price they are charging the quality it outrageous.
