The ‘leather’ collar I ordered is actually plastic coated fabric.
It broke after a month and my nearly meant my dog ran into the road.

Wide range of good quality pet products. In particular the Ancol tartan coats are brilliant and my two diva westies love them as well as looking remarkably cute walking side by side . Order was processed quickly and arrived in a week. Holly and Lily give Petshop Direct 5 out of 5.

Bought a coat for my dog and absolutely love it, prompt delivery, will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Prices are lower than competitors, website is user-friendly. Despite one missing parcel, their customer service resolved it promptly, even giving free treats and toys. Highly recommend!

The site was easy to follow, with lots of choice and competitive prices. Being disabled and being able to get everything delivered to my door within days is perfect.
Great choice of specialist diets too for my elderly diabetic dog. Plus I get points when I shop. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service and the best deal I could find. I received my goods the next day and had a free treat for my dog included, very impressed with the communication and delivery time!

Shocking service. No telephone number to call my dog bed has come and the material is awful. It is ripped in two places and it’s basically been ordered straight from china to myself with Chinese writing all over the packaging. Could have ordered this myself from ali express wnd cut out the middle man! Shocking

Can’t praise them enough for their customer service. I was missing a part from one of my products and they swiftly sent it to me. When they discovered an issue with the courier, they immediately dealt with it. Excellent, courteous, and professional emails were exchanged and the issue was resolved. Great quality products too. Would use it again and again!

I ordered a dog harness for my staffy, looks good no issues

I cannot rate Love and pet care highly enough. They have amazing prices, cheaper than you can get anywhere else with great delivery times. The customer service team when I wrote to them was absolutely fantastic (especially Leon) Twice he responded to my messages straight away if they stocked certain items. They then immediately uploaded the products onto the website to my personal request so that I could purchase them! Fantastic!

I found ordering was simple, and hassle-free with the website easy to navigate. I thought the order was going to be delivered the following week, but arrived a few days early - which was great. My items arrived well-packaged and intact. I am very happy with the quality. Thank you.

Quick easy ordering and delivery. Like the idea that the packaging has also been recycled as well.

Have used this site a few times now, everything is reasonably priced and delivered really quickly!
