Returns service is really poor
Returns service is really poor. You have to email for a returns form as there is no portal for this. After 2 emails and no response I had to call for a form and then was refunded the incorrect amount so had to contact them again for the correct refund. Postage and returns costs are far too high in comparison to most companies. Won’t use again.

Absolutely delighted with my order from Love Brand! Beautiful clothing and I’m now the proud owner of a gorgeous pair of linen trousers. Everything was beautifully packaged, including a lovely personalised note. Such a thoughtful touch. A couple of items didn’t fit, but the returns process was easy and the refund was really quick. Fantastic service from start to finish! ❤️
