I called this afternoon (18.01.2021) and spoke with a member of the firms front desk intake service. The worker by the name of Jay, offered clear and straight forward advice/options with regards to my presenting issue. I expected at best a 10 minute summary signposting conversation what was eventually offered was an extended conversation in which I was asked quite specific questions which helped me to arrive at fresh and different perspective to the matter at hand. I was struck that Jay dedicated the time he he did, to what could potentially have been a one off enquiry.
I found his frank but sincere manner refreshing and devoid of the inauthentic professionalism that I often encounter within professional occupational fields.
On the back of this, I had a strong sense that if this was the quality of professionalism offered at the front door than this was perhaps indicative of a firm promoting similar values and standards.
