LOST MONEY NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Bought a toy which was faulty (had to keep the on button pressed for it to work correctly), complained and returned the item. Then received a reply that they had tested it and it was working - how convenient for them... They then had the affront to suggest they send it back to me if I paid postage!! Why would I pay to get a faulty product back? Lost my money, really shoddy outfit and not to be trusted.
UPDATE to Loveoutlet reply (21-07-25) I wouldn't say I was unlucky as 4 negative reviews compared to hundreds of products bought online is not uncommon. Unfortunately it is the only recourse customers have sometimes. The vibrator had not been used as you say, simply opened and tested to see if it would function correctly, as for 'non eligible use' of our freepost address, I merely followed the instructions when you authorised the return. I imagine others will read your response and make up their own minds.

Ordered a clone dildo toy and was excited to get it for the partner. However, first thing I may mention it advises it is a 4 step process but upon getting it and opening the instructions it is actually a 20 step process. Also, the instructions will advise to cut to a certain diameter but if you are a big size it will not fit. I approached customer service to resolve the matter and got a reply of use your common sense and was not interested in the fact they supplied me with a product which did not accommodate my size. I would suggest to try lovehoney as when I have dealt them before, customer service is more satisfactory.

Ordered two items including a small bullet. Received the package and only found the larger item in it with lots of packaging paper! Checked everything thoroughly but no second item found. After contacting them they insisted that both items were packaged quoting their high tech surveillance technology that records all packaging procedure and weighs every package to match to the expected weight. What a lot of b***!!! Never using them again!

See what I mean! The item in question, mini bullet, only costs £10 and I am being treated as I’m trying to cheat them . Well I have already reordered the item from another provider and I have the email to prove that. So no I did not receive the item and I’m not trying to cheat you out of £10. Your communication has been all about being defensive of your process and it does not put the customer first.

What a joke of a company they offer a delivery service that just dumps it at your door then it's sitting there they reply to your email in such a manner that is total wrong for a company they tell you you should deal with the delivery service your self when ordering pay by credit card as they cover you on sights like this under the consumer act for items not received as this company will try not return your money and do everything they can to be un helpful as possible

S I was not in Australia so don't know we're you get that from see your full of it you don't lison don't care are a very aggressive person in your replys you really need to learn about customer care but you don't care I think you really need to be re educated in how to reply to emails and for your delivery company you should. Tell them no handing it to the customers then don't deliver don't just dump the item on a door step for everyone to see and over a long weekend it's sitting there then you wonder y someone takes the item so for a private industry delivery service you have just broken your own agreement with the customer
And please show me were I told the delivery service to drop it at my door your totally full of your self privet conversion with you on emails is privet so for you to discrimination against me and posting them are against the privacy act and I will report you for this please don't buy from them as you see there not a privert company they will exploit you in anyway they can even threaten you with court if you try and claw the money back Stay away so glad I have my bank backing me on a shoddy company

You know what your efforts to make you look good is not working I have a door step not a porch and please provide evidence of my contact with the delivery company as iv not email or had any contact with them as that's your job to sort delivery and make shaw the parcel deliver to the client so please don't blame me for your mess and I did a snatch back after I gave you time to reply and talk to the deliver company but you sent aggressive emails in a bully way and my bank is one of the top banks and think it's a joke how you spoke to me in emails and how you handle this
My experience with you is my reviews so good luck in your business but your not for me rubbish custom services I did everything right and gave you time to sort were done

Zero Stars! Disgusting customer service, extremely rude and patronising. DO NOT order from this website, they do not deserve your money. We paid (a lot) for fast delivery, we have not received our items, nor a refund (1+ month later) We are taking legal action as they should not be allowed to get away with this behaviour, and no one else should have to suffer the experience (I have never experienced anything like it).
I’m sure they will respond to this post with a wonderfully phased (cocky) response, because (as always) they cannot accept liability, and in their eyes the customer is always in the wrong.
The last email we received from them basically said we cannot contact them again (we have been nothing but polite and are just seeking clarification of when we will receive a full refund).
I don’t usually leave reviews, but due to unbelievably bad experience I feel people need to be warned.
A note to the company: Please send all of your ‘customer service’ team on training pronto, because what they’re giving is not customer service!
