Aww Jo, it's sad to see a 1 start review, especially as we did all we could to help you, however, when the issue lies with a carrier loosing a shipment, we have to allow a little time for them to perform a search and an investigation. This does take a little time, as we explained.
You were refunded within 10 days of purchase, this was done on 26th October 2020.
Our customer service team pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service, despite this we appear to have been unable to make you happy.

besides, I don't speak English and unfortunately I can't compare myself with anyone.
I would have done other prdini but I can't figure out if my package will arrive and when it will arrive.

Lovely boots. I ordered up a size and I didn’t need too. I returned the ones that didn’t fit and ordered my usual size.
Quick postage on both orders and the refund was processed quickly as well.

NO FREE RETURNS
Although the shoes looked nice, I found the them not true to size. No free returns, I sent back 3 pairs of shoes via Royal Mail and it cost me £16. I wouldn’t buy from there again or recommend unfortunately.

Too expensive for the quality
The shoes are beautiful and seem to be of great quality. Upon wearing my boots to dinner, I came home to notice scuff marks. Considering I’ve worn them for maybe 5 hours max at this point, to which I only walked from my car to the restaurant there and back, I was shocked as to how easily scuffed the shoes were. Very disappointed. The shoes are beautiful but not of great quality especially given how expensive they are.

Please read my honest review; from one shopaholic to another
I originally discovered this brand from a site I regularly shop at known as ASOS. I immediately fell in love with all of the shoes and went on LoveRaid.com to see if the prices were different, which they were cheaper on the original shoe makers (LoveRaid.com). I have only ordered one pair of boots so far but I am literally astounded at the quality and the look of the shoe. What you see is exactly what you get and that’s no exaggeration. I cannot tell you how satisfied I am because these one pair of boots are now my favorite pair of shoes in my closet and I cannot wait to get more.
