No reason to cancel my order
I placed an order, but due to my address has lots of parcel thieves, I gave my PO BOX address. They did not contact me regarding the address and just process refund. Then I place a new order and using my friend’s mailing address, then they cancel and refunded my order!!! They claimed Canada Post is on strike! WTF! Canada Post is on strike when I placed my first order. Again no communication to me and just cancel and refunded me! F-ing frustrating!!

HORRIBLE service!!! Placed my order on October 10th and still have not received it 20 days later! The only response is that I need to research with Post Office because they show it was delivered to a “parcel locker”? These people are crooks… don’t waste your time! Fortunately I only lost $40…..

Thieves and Liars
I bought a product almost a year ago. Cost was about $70. Months later the product arrived and it failed to work. After multiple complaints and many emails, months passed and a replacement (same product) was sent. Not only did it not work but it heated up until I could not hold it. I feared fire and placed it outside on the driveway.
I explained this to the company and months later they said a replacement was "in transit." That was 2 months ago. Now they refuse to answer emails even though my complete contact info was provided. I am fairly certain that my $70 is gone and that I shall never hear from them. I asked for their identifying info and they never responded.

Bought an adult product and it does not work. I contacted the company by email, explained that I followed the directions that came with product, and it still does not work. The seller replied and told me to make sure the device is charged! I also attached a video of me pressing the buttons and the device did not move! This company hides the fact that they are from China and sends broken products! Do not buy from this Seller!!!! I have all emails, video, receipts, and I will dispute the charges!
Update: They had the nerve to email me again and offer to resend product or give me a 10% refund lol. the website say full return for faulty or broken products!
