Fraud
They say they are based in Estonia, so when I realized the package was coming from China, I tried to contact them asking for a clarification. Their phone number is in the USA but of course they do not answer.
Note you cannot find them on Google because they do not exist anywhere.
They never answered my many emails, I tried to call them a few times and they never picked up the phone. I just wanted to return the item, which even has a Chinese tag. But despite their website saying Easy returns, they do not provide info on how to return their Chinese stuff.
After 2 full weeks they answered my email about returning their item which does not correspond to the description saying "return process can be time-consuming, labor-intensive, and costly." But if you look at their website, you can see the banner says EASY RETURNS.
When I opened a dispute with my bank they provided them fake emails which they said were sent to me.
Do you need any more proof this is a big fat scam?
