Lo peor. Nadie se hace responsable de nada. Los coches son vandalizados, robos de catalizadores es lo principal y nadie se hace cargo. Las campas donde alojan los vehiculos nadie las cuida. Estan abiertas completamente al robo y vandalismo. Los clientes que pagan extra por tener sus vehiculos sobre techos, sepan que muchos los aparcan a cielo abierto porque no tienen suficientes techos. Son una farsa. Y la gente que administra el negocio es de lo peor. Malos modales y falta de respeto tanto hacia el cliente como a los trabajadores. Lo se porque trabaje alli y el asco que me dan es inmenso.

Todella huono kokemus. Autoni on ollut siellä pysäköitynä yli kahden vuoden ajan.
1. Autoani on kolaroitu kun se on ollut pysäköitynä. Näytin vauriota henkilökunnalle, joka kehotti lähettämään sähköpostia yritykselle. Kuudennen lähetetyn sähköpostin tuli vastaus, että eivät vastaa vauriosta.
2. Maksan paljon katetusta pysäköintipaikasta vuoden ajaksi. Kun olen jättänyt auton Lowcostparkingiin, joku ajaa sen kilometrien päähän jonnekin pysäköintipaikalle. Tämä näkyy matkamittarin lukemasta. Autossani on tallentava kamera ja joka kerran autoa hakiessani virtajohto on irrotettu. Kukaan ei ole kertonut miksi johto irrotetaan. Olisin kiinnostunut kuinka autollani ajetaan ja onko se ollut ollenkaan katetussa tilassa.
3. Autoni on avoauto ja sillä on ajettu katto auki/ alhaalla sen jälkeen kun olen jättänyt sen Lowcostparkingiin. Tiedän sen siitä, että tavaratilassa oleva boot separator on avattu tavaratilasta käsin, vaikka itse jätin sen kiinni.
4. Autossani on kuljetettu ihmisiä etupenkillä ja takapenkillä. En muuten keksi mitään syytä miksi matkustajan etupenkkiä on pitänyt siirtää eteenpäin kuin että takapenkilläkin on matkustaja.

Olen vaihtanut yritystä, jossa autoni on pysäköitynä lentokentällä.v

Sacan el coche del parking donde lo dejas y conducen de manera terrible. A mi coche le reventaron los bajos y no sé quisieron hacer responsables. Coche duerme en la calle. Bé careful with them the broken my car. Theie drivers take you car out of the var park area. They place your car on the street. Awfull service.

The last 3 times I've picked up my car it's been damaged every time,this time it's pretty much the whole side and they've tried to pull the dents out and paint it.

Catastrophique!!! Vol de voiture!!! Et oui c'est possible chez Lowcost parking.
Ce lundi 16 février, nous prévenon 3 jours notre arrivée pour la reprise de notre véhicule. En arrivant il nous annonce tranquillement que notre véhicule Ranche Rover blanc a disparu !!! Aucun service de dédommagement, même pas nous emmener à notre logement....

Ich kann mich den anderen Rezessionen nur anschließen.
Wir waren Dauerkunden und während dieser Zeit hatten wir folgende Erlebnisse:
Stoßstange zerkratzt; Kofferraumdeckel zerbeult; es waren immer einige Kilometer mehr auf dem Tacho drauf; Schlüssel nicht gefunden; 2x war das Auto nicht bereitgestellt und wir mussten über 45 Minuten warten; lange Wartezeiten und Gedrängel am Flughafen...

Do not use Lowcostparking Alicante! They have taken money for the new mandatory system V16 Beacon and disappeared into silence... so they can choke on my €63

I have left my car here at lowcostparking.es in Mallorca a few times. It was better when you parked your own car but now you have to leave it and they park it up.
So, I left my car at the end of this October 2025. The front of my car a Saab 93 had a complete brand new bumper, lights and grill. Only fitted a couple weeks before leaving it with them.
On my return the car was parked front bumper against a fence and old tyre which was hiding the damage they had caused to the lower nearside bumper.
Having informed them in writing with picture, they have just totally ignored me.
Will never use them again.

Neues Auto (Anfang 2025 zugelassen), das erste Mal bei Lowcostparking abgegeben, und bei der Abholung sofort neue Schäden festgestellt. Inzwischen bereits viermal dort abgegeben, jedes Mal kamen weitere Schäden hinzu. Beim letzten Mal wurden außerdem 23 km mit meinem Auto gefahren, ohne meine Zustimmung. Auf meine Beschwerde-E-Mails erfolgt keine Antwort. Keine Transparenz, keine Verantwortung. Ich kann Lowcostparking nicht empfehlen.

A very bad experience. They damaged my car and didn't say anything about it. After I informed them, they didn't respond. A truly idiotic company; choose someone else to park your car. There are plenty of other companies.

Came back from UK and my catalytic converter had been stolen. Apparently over 20 cars have been done recently. Avoid at all costs

Ibwill be client for more as 5 years. Today Ibhas wait for the transfer for more than 1 hour.

One star is to much! After using them for a number of years I feel they have gone totally down hill. Quoted one price then charged more when I went to pay. Their money machine in the office swolled 100€ giving no change and was told to email to get my money back after emailing them numerous times with no reply. Also strange that they feel the need to unplug my dash camera??

A 1 star review is 1 star too much.
I have two seperate damages on the car during parking at Low Cost Parking Alicante.

An Example of the reaction of the manager :
Besides, we are not to blame for the other car hitting it. Since you took photos, you could also have taken a photo of the other car's number plate so that your insurance could claim it from you and the other car's insurance could pay for the repair of your car.

So, Low Cost Parking parks my car and the car behind.
They damage my car and they are not taking any responsibility.

The chauffeur sent my pictures that they were already on the car when he collected the car at Alicante Parking.

The reaction of Low Cost:
We have not caused any damage to your vehicle.

When there are problems on the car they are not taking there responsibility.

The rest of the service is fine.
The transportation to and from teh airport is very good. Always on time and never had any issues.

Finger weg!!
Im Oktober 2024 hat ein Mitarbeiter der Firma unseren Mini durch einen Auffahrunfall schwer beschädigt. Wir haben erst im July 2025 unseren Mini instandgesetzt wiederbekommen und nur, weil wir im Mai einen Anwalt eingeschaltet haben. Jetzt versucht die Firma die Kosten für die Instandsetzung auf uns abzuwälzen. Die Erstattung der Kosten für Leihwagen und Ausfallzeiten werden verweigert.
Wir wurden mit seltsamen Ausreden hingehalten. Hinter unserem Rücken versuchte die Firna unsere Versicherung zu beanspruchen. Solange nichts passiert ist alles gut. Aber wenn!!

Ich bin langjähriger Dauerkunde. Der Umgang mit den Fahrzeugen ist seit dem Umzug auf das neue Gelände miserabel geworden. Bei den letzten Abholungen war mein Fahrzeug beschädigt, zuletzt an 3 verschiedenen Stellen. Man verlangt Fotos von mir als Beweis, dass diese Schäden bei Abgabe noch nicht vorhanden waren. Ich habe alles gesendet, aber trotzdem wird die Reparatur abgelehnt. Auch wurde mein Auto 20 Km gefahren. Wir sind einem Mitarbeiter mit einem Kundenfahrzeug (Audi Cabrio) hinterher gefahren. Mit Vollgas auf die Autobahn, 120 kmh linke Spur bis El Arenal und dann erstmal zu Lidl einkaufen... Finger weg von lowcostparking Mallorca !
