We have been dealing with LCV for many years and have never had a problem with their service level, all the way through initial contatct to picking up the vehicle at the end of the contract.

We ordered our New Vans. The process was very quick & efficient.
It arrived on the day that we expected and the customer service team in Swansea are excellent.

Just ordered our 2nd commercial van through LCV and with absolutely no hesitation.
Hassle free and very straight forward we told them what we needed and they come back very quickly with a deal that was very good so we grabbed it before the prices went up .

Received a quote for a lease car before Christmas.
Delays, Unresponsive, Messing me about all throughout Christmas period and in the week following new year. Prices have gone up now and although they said they would honour the pre-Christmas period quote. I have received no contact, no updates and no confirmation, I have to keep chasing it up and they blame it on the finance company.
Waste of space, Waste of time.
In this time i could have ordered and received a car from somewhere else.

Really poor from LCV court case pending, leased a new vehicle which had faults when delivered. The vehicle was rejected within the 30 days but LCV failed to action the request resulting in thousands of pounds in leasing payments.

been buying vans form this company for years as soon as I got a problem with van they leave you high and dry dont use go straight to manufacture then if there is a problem they will deal with it not left up to me

Exceptional and great service.

I deal with Owen and Molly at the LCV Group, they are both brilliant. Owen will always go the extra mile to assist and is always on hand with any queries or questions (no matter how small or silly), he always gets the best prices and is exceptional in his knowledge. Molly is great from a service and back office point of view and always delivers on what she says she will. Rod, Jo and Ross have an amazing business

Didn't Get what I ordered and now pursuing this with FCA hopefully my experience will help you make your mind up if your thinking about using them.

We Ordered a ford transit which low cost organised when We received the Van I contacted them to say that the van was not the same as I ordered. They where very quick to start an investigation but have now come back and said that this is how the van come now so I have a luton van that has parts missing that they just expect me to keep.
I honestly believe that the dealers have done such a cheap job on the luton body just so they make more money.
Very disappointed with the aftercare From LCW they are Very helpful at point of sale because they want you to sign up.

enquired about a van. they told me all the figures which sounded brilliant. i went away and come back with a few questions which you would. chased them for around two weeks got told i had the van and to fill out forms online. then over the weekend heard nothing to then be told i couldn't have the van, then a day later told i could and then after all that to be told they sold van to someone else after a credit check. talk about getting someones hopes up. after all this was lied too, and told I'm bidding against other people. i wanted to look at the van and then told it was being built yet it was last years model mmm. told they couldn't send pics of the van yet they already had it. great sales people. your van is not in the country and still being built but it will be delivered at the end of march. don't bother with this company Joke

Don’t be tempted to give this company your details as they harass you all the time by text and phone. Go with a professional company instead.

Despite saying no on many occasions they continue to harass me. Avoid at all costs.

Alesha and Jade were about as close to the perfect professionals as I could have hoped for. We needed a van FAST, so Jade put the deal together on Good Friday (Bank Holiday) whilst working from home and the follow-up customer care from Alesha was outstanding. No query was too inane or irrelevant. The communication was first class; especially given that Alesha too was working from home. The van was delivered within 10 about working days. The delivery driver was also a grand chap. He called an hour before arrival as promised and was as helpful as one could ask.
If the van turns out to be half as good as the people who put the deal together, then we will be happy customers. This is a classic example of professionals doing their jobs properly.
