From seeing the van in the showroom and talking to Jamie through to collecting the van our experience has been great! Jamie is happy to answer any of our questions when we have them. Been slightly disappointed by the Valet as stickers were left on all the wheels!! Awaiting the removal of these.

Following a terrible experience with another caravan company near Bawtry, Lowdhams were recommended to us, from the 1st visit to the collection of our new caravan, we found the process very enjoyable, with a very friendly professional service, where we would be happy to recommend to our friends and family.

The Lowdhams team made the experience of buying a new caravan smooth and friendly from start to finish. A couple of minor issues uncovered on the "shakedown night" on the private rally field were explained and sorted with a smile.

terrible company to deal with, like to take your money but when things go wrong OMG your blanked, no comms no phone calls not even an email to let you know what’s happening, had it for over a week, try and phone them for answers and ask for return calls but your just forgot about and in there company statement bring customers an exceptional experience they are right but not a positive exceptional experience more like a miserable one

Great experience with Jamie at Lowdhams. From our first visit to the the hand over and collection of our new van, it was 10/10.

Rather a strange one . This is to praise the service of Caroline from Lowdhams even though we didn’t actually go through with the purchase of a motor home from her . Vehicle was picked out , excellent service , advice and knowledge given by Caroline to help us decide . She wanted us to be entirely happy with our purchase . Great part exchange deal given aswell . Deposit paid and collection date arranged , to suit us . Unfortunately owing to some personal problems we were unable to proceed with buying the motor home . 2 weeks after agreement made I made contact with Caroline to cancel the order . Unbelievably understanding and was so helpful and immediately refunded my deposit . There was nothing wrong with our deal just the personal problems that arose afterwards. We will be going back to Lowdhams , when my problems are sorted and buying our next Motor home from them . Fantastic service , it was like Caroline had an investment in making sure 1) the van was the right one for us 2) we were totally happy with our purchase and then 3) our personal circumstances were right at the time to go ahead . Fantastic company to deal with . We will be back

Warranty claim for additional brackets fitted the the fresh and waste water tanks.

Dispute the obstacles we encountered, ie wrong parts ordered or delivered, a suggestion that we may need to return home (Northeast of Scotland) and come back down at a later date and faulty vehicle lifts in the workshop, the work was finally completed due to Kiran in the Customer Service Centre.
Kiran went above and beyond to ensure the necessary work was completed. Kiran advocated for us and communicated well over the 3 days. We cannot speak highly enough of Kiran; we imagine he had to navigate internal politics to get the work completed. We would also like to mention Kiran's colleagues who supported the communication flow and helped us to find our vehicle in the yard.
During our three days at Lowdham's we made several unrelated enquiries which involved other members of staff who were equally as positive and professional. Caroline in sales, Chloe in Parts and the gent (sorry we never got your name) who was responsible for marshalling in the vehicle parking area.
Last but not least Perry who helped use when we purchased the motorhome two years prior and recognised us on our return.

Adam was excellent as ever but Hymer were slow in delivering the part so we could take delivery

A friendly and faultless handover. The entire process overseen by Adam who was nothing short of superb. The ability to stay and swapover from old to new vehicle was a game changer. I had incredibly low expectations due to previous bad experiences and these were obviously surpassed by a huge anount.

Jamie made my experience brilliant! I found Jamie to be very genuine, helpful, and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The aftercare I am receiving from him is second to none. He answers all my silly questions and always gets back to me when I leave him a message. I love my van and can highly recommend Lowdhams when going through Jamie.

First class customer support from Jake and Kiran at Lowdham's Service Centre. Jake has been very knowledgeable and helpful with various technical queries/after sales support since we bought our new campervan. Kiran also deserves special mention for his calm assistance on the phone when we suffered a breakdown and then for his personal follow-up afterwards to help get the issue investigated by Fiat Professional. You can only really judge a dealership's aftersales care if/when you face problems - Lowdhams are proving their worth! I have no hesitation recommending them 👍

Great company to deal with from Adam in sales to Paul who did the handover will definitely go back when we are ready to change

We picked up our new Hymer Free 600 Camper a week or so ago. We arrived a little early but Jamie was ready and waiting for us when we got there. Jamie took us out to the van which looked great and clearly just been detailed. The actual handover and run through of the van features was handled by Shirley who could not have been more helpful as well as being very knowledgeable. There were a few issues we picked up on as we were doing the handover but each one was resolved on the spot with no fuss or questioning.

The sales service we received from Jamie and Lowdhams was excellent coupled with a great handover service from Shirley.

Going to Lowdhams is a good idea as the staff are not pushy at all they don’t follow you around hassling you but are there and helpful when you need them we bought our Motorhome from them recently and were very happy either the whole process -Gordon who sold it to us was very pleasant and helpful all the way a credit to the company thanks Frazer and Catherine

No sales pressure and Gordon was thoroughly helpful and informative from start to finish and as novices it just what was required. Didn't go in with the intention of buying on the day but ended up purchasing our new motor home there and then. The follow up communication was excellent from Gordon and even 3 weeks after purchase he's still emailing to ensure we're happy with the motorhome.
