Granthams have just fitted a Thule canopy to our caravan. I spent days trying to find a company to supply and fit. Some friends of ours that are Granthams customers suggested trying them.
A couple of phone calls later with Sheila and the canopy was paid for and ordered.
When it came to the day of fitting the team did a fantastic neat job. They gave me a full demonstration of the canopy as well.

Great service, fast delivery

Your service is great but DHL are appalling with their communication and reliability

Booked our van in for some work to be done three months ahead with it clearly set out on the quote what needed to be done. Arranged a date and paid the invoice two months ahead of the date. Checked the week before that everything was still ok for the work. Dropped off the van on a Saturday to be told Monday morning that they couldn't do the work. Drove over 600 miles in total without any compensation given for time and fuel. Terrible dealer.

Well packed and as described only complaint was paid for p&p via dhl and delivered 3 days after original delivery date and item was small enough it could have been sent via Royal Mail and delivered at same cost at least 3 days earlier

Bought a used caravan from Granthams and received 10% discount card. Had trouble registering it so phoned on Sunday afternoon and was helped to register it so qualifying for £75 off a new awning, just had email saying it will be delivered Tuesday morning .
1st class service all round

Delivery was really good and received my order in good condition however I haven’t used the awning yet as I have nowhere to put it up and test it but I’m sure it will be fine. Will let you know when I’ve used it and send the results.

From the moment that I booked my motorhome in for its annual habitation service. I was kept well informed about its upcoming work and throughout the entire process. I found the whole team helpful and informative keeping me up to date with everything. I found all the work to be completed to my full satisfaction, in a timely fashion and at a very copetertive price. I found all the staff very helpful and I would not hesitate to use them again.
