First class customer experience.
We have bought in Lowes before and found the service to be of a high standard. We popped in last week and found a new silver necklace which was exactly what my wife wanted for her birthday so I bought it. Once again the service was first class.

Always loved Lowe’s jewellery I bought a few rings from the original Lowe’s glad it’s still open with Powell’s, very happy with the ring just bought.

Unusual stunning diamond ring
I purchased an older ring which needed to be re sized. This was not straight forward but the very best outcome was achieved and I was very happy with the end result due to the expertise applied.

It is my second time visiting Chester…
It is my second time visiting Chester on a Sunday with hopes to visit the shop, it has been closed on both occasions. The website states it is open from 11:00, if this is untrue then perhaps you should change this to avoid disappointment.
