Lower Park  Reviews

The hats are great, I think they've even gotten better, but the customer service didn't exist. Their site says they make an effort to ship within 24 hours. I emailed when a week later they had not to politely inquire. I waited a few days, emailed again. I would never be rude to support, I was just hoping to get a timeline as these were a bday gift. No response ever came. The hats finally did, but well after the celebration. I was a bit disappointed in the lack of response.

I've ordered many hats from lower park over the years and I have a whole collection! I love these hats and consider them some of the highest quality around! Always show up quickly too! Thanks y'all!

Great quality

Great quality and most importantly, very cool and unique designs! The coolest thing for me is the short brim versions. That option personally fits my vibe!

Merch is fantastic quality. I ordered the Corbata Verde Five Panel Hat, and I can't speak enough to the craftsmanship. It's gorgeous in person, and I've gotten several compliments on it so far.

You made a hat out of the coolest pattern I've ever seen. Quality made. I particularly like the strap & clasp. I'll be keeping an eye on your inventory, as these are limited edition. I don't know if I'll ever find another hat like the one I just bought from you, but I have a feeling lightning strikes here often. Keep making these! Thank you!

Great quality product, lovely customer service

Great quality caps, ordered online as the states are a bit far to travel for a cap. Was not disappointed when first cap arrived, great quality. Ordered two more variations (s/b caps) for different occasions! These caps are that comfortable and unique.

Great product and super helpful when I needed assistance with my order. Highly recommend.

I've been trying get a return started. Messaged the website twice and haven't heard back.

the best hats ever. so comfy. dope pattern and materials. i’ve bought over 10 now. and will keep getting more

Excellent quality hats. Superb crafting. High quality materials. A delightful bit of joy to put on one's head.

Love the designs and look of all of the hats! Price point is great as well!

Love this hat! The quality and fit are great, but my favorite detail is the Taiwan logo inside the hat. I’m from Taiwan, so that made it extra special for me. It’s also really cool that the material is sourced from Taiwan. Also the owner of the business is very cool :)

Amazing quality. Fast delivery.

Lower park always delivers the highest quality hats and fanny packs! Also the shipping is always very quick! I wouldn't dare to buy hats from anyone else!

Love these hats. The order was packed up, shipped, and received very quickly in secure packaging. I've been enjoying wearing them a bunch, thanks!

Every hat I've purchased has been unique and beautiful. I am building up quite a collection and need to build new shelves to hold all my Lower Park hats.

I originally ordered the Noite hat but it was sold out, was offered a 50% discount but decided to go with the Azzano hat instead. customer service is phenomenal and their hats are top notch. cant wait to get another 5 panel in the future.
