I’ll admit I was skeptical at first. Like a lot of people, I’d always heard that options trading was risky and highly speculative. What I found with Low Stress Trading was just the opposite.

The focus is on keeping things simple, following a consistent process, and managing risk—not chasing big wins or making emotional trades. The step-by-step approach made it much easier to understand than I expected, and it’s changed the way I think about investing.

There’s something for everyone in this group. If you’re like me and want to stick with the basics, keep things low stress, and follow a repeatable process, you can. But if you want to go deeper, they offer that as well. The approach across all of their courses is the same: cut through the BS, keep it simple, and keep it profitable.

If I could give them six stars, I would. My only complaint is that I wish I’d found them years ago.

Never have I seen such delusions of grandeur in my life. To say this is a cult is an understatement.

Weekly stock advice comes from the owners children (one of whom is 12 years old) but remember folks, it's "not financial advice".

This review was prompted, just like all the others ones below as the entire community received an email the other day to counteract the viral thread about unrealized losses when all of a sudden members started realizing they weren't making any money....
"I was wondering if you could help me surprise my Dad with a cool gift... an honest, simple review on TrustPilot.com".

This progam is an utter joke.

...and although I have yet to buy a single add-on course, Mike below me is correct, the marketing push is in fact relentless!

The core framework delivers. The LSO team is great and patient and helpful. It has been a God-send for me and my family!

I am celebrating my 3 year "tradaversery" today. I have been with LST for 3 years and am amazed every time I look at my account. I am not a rich man by any stretch but have followed the framework teachings of Troy, John,and the whole LST group. Over that time I turned my initial $2000.00 investment into over $25000.00 profit. I have followed Troy Broussard for over 10 years and will say I have never known anyone with more passion to serve the needs of his followers than he. When I joined we did not have all the bells and whistles we have now. I remember tracking my trades on a legal pad(which I still have) and now we have the most awesome software for keeping track of our portfolios ever. I am not a person who could easily save money and this course has over delivered for me teaching patience and discipline and weekly contribution can turn your financial life around. These are people who really care about YOUR success and I highly recommend them.

Life-changing framework for creating weekly cash flow. Owners are responsive and transparent. Also, the community is full of smart, successful people who help out as well. 5 stars all the way.

They also offer additional optional courses which are related to the main course. All were an excellent value that more than paid for themselves quickly.

I'm about to go over $10,000 in profit with Low Stress Trading since I started last December. I've had some options trading experience in the past, but was never able to "put it all together," so this was right up my alley. Add me to the list of people who couldn't be happier with the program. I'm grateful to Tom Woods for making the recommendation; otherwise I never would have found it. I've come to view Troy Broussard, developer of LST, as a certifiable genius, and I have a hunch many in the community would agree with me. The upselling is absolutely relentless. On the two owners birthdays, instead of giving something away to the community to celebrate, they CHARGE for silly AI written add-ons or their favorite "six" stocks. Weird because they aren't registered and should not be giving "financial advice".

Owner Troy has the ego the size of Mars and can do no wrong.

The community is instructed to not look at or pay attention to unrealized losses. The whole program is predicated on stocks that go against you coming back up to the price you originally bought them at. It's a dangerous game these people are playing

I want to thank Troy and John for developing the Low Stress Options framework. This variant of the Wheel Strategy helps members gain proficiency in options trading within months. The founders are passionate and have had great success with their model. While I still follow the framework to generate weekly premiums, I ended my membership after a year due to operational issues and management's unwillingness to address them.

Because the owners regularly read and reply to reviews, I am sharing this feedback as a constructive roadmap for improvement.

1. Broken Commitments and Aggressive Course Monetization
When I evaluated LSO on an introductory call, Troy promised the course provided everything needed to trade their framework, and that beyond the monthly fee, we would never be asked to buy additional courses to implement it. That commitment has proven untrue.

Rather than expanding content for members paying $100/month, the owners constantly monetize topics relevant to the core framework—rolling out paid courses for position entry, stock selection, and case studies on managing losing trades. Stock selection was particularly frustrating: original training was weak on fundamentals and later removed, with members told they were getting "too bogged down" in researching companies they were only trading on for a week. Yet when trades went south, members were chastised for weak research. Rather than fixing the core curriculum, a new paid fundamentals course was created. On one call, Troy proudly announced that he has dozens of ideas for additional courses, confirming this paywalled approach is their permanent model.

I have no issue with premium add-ons for distinct strategies like Bitcoin. However, locking supplementary material that impacts core framework execution behind new paywalls contradicts initial commitments. Early members should be grandfathered under their original enrollment terms.

2. Intrusive Marketing
Aggressive marketing has bled directly into the core membership experience, with upsell messaging flooding member emails, alerts, and community posts with no way to opt out. Most frustratingly, weekly live calls frequently lead with pitches. Forcing a global audience of paying members—who tune in awaiting John's weekly trades—to sit through advertisements before getting to critical trading content is a poor member experience. This issue has been raised, but the owners seem indifferent to the needs of their members.

3. Lack of Reference Material & Structural Noise
Training relies entirely on video content with no written reference guides. When members spot conflicting guidance within or across videos, they are told to simply "re-watch the training" rather than resolving the contradiction. Additionally, the community feed is cluttered with noise that drowns out critical educational posts. Without anonymous surveys, Trustpilot remains the primary feedback mechanism—usually submitted after a member leaves.

4. Unrealistic Metrics & Incomplete Call Guidance
Marketing metrics like 1% weekly returns are misleading because they disregard unrealized losses when positions go DITM, locking up capital for months. While put mechanics are solid, guidance lacks depth for managing covered calls sold below assignment price when a stock rises sharply. While no formula works in every case—and none is expected—a complete framework should offer clear guidelines for weighing multi-month rolls against mean reversion. Without this guidance, capital gets trapped in stagnant positions, dragging down net returns.

5. Communication Tone & Feedback Deflection
Communication culture has grown increasingly defensive and unprofessional. Public venting about members "not following the framework" is unfair given that platform search functionality is poor—requiring exact-phrase matching rather than allowing boolean filters to search historical topics. Valid questions on unrealized losses or mechanics are deflected as "mindset issues" or "nuance." When constructive posts on framework challenges gain momentum, owners lock the thread to shut down discussion. A pattern exists of taking credit for member wins while blaming members for going "off-strategy" when on-strategy trades face headwinds. This heavy-handed moderation discourages members from asking legitimate questions out of fear of public backlash or expulsion.

Summary:
The core framework works, but these issues diminish ongoing membership value once you learn the basics—especially when software and research gaps can be filled elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. If management learns to accept constructive feedback rather than fighting it, this program could truly be five-star.

Both Troy and John are great instructors and they want to make sure all of their students succeed in the options trading world. If anyone complains, it's usually because they strayed from the foundational structure. Highly recommend ! ! !

I never envisioned Options Trading in my life, but I have to say, their framework produces consist results.

The staff goes out of their way to ensure your success and the developers are always adding new features to their software.

I could not recommend them enough.

I’ve been a registered nurse for 30+ years. For the last 26 years I’ve been a flight nurse. It’s been a wonderful career but I’m 63 years old now. Over the last year or so I’ve been facing reality. “How long can I keep climbing in and out of helicopters?”, “How long can I safely load 300# patients into an aircraft?” I’ve considered every option. Should I go back to hospital nursing? Sure I could, but that’s still a highly physical job. I considered learning how to inject Botox. But wasn’t really something I believed in. I have to say I was a little skeptical about the program , I have joined many programs in the past and statements made in those programs were a bit misleading, but not this one. Shortly after I joined I herd Troy make a statement that it is very doable to earn back your investment in the program in about 2 months. And I was thinking 'Oh great hear we go again, this is probably for 1% or less than 1% that join the program' . But as I am writing this today Troy is a no bs kind of guy. I joined the program(training) the end of Feb 2026 and made back my investment by the end of April 2026. Don't get me wrong, there is work involved, this is not a hands off passive type of investment, you have to put in the work and follow the framework to get the results and if you do that you wont regret it !

First, I never leave reviews for anything. This company has changed my life. I try not to be overexcited, but can't help myself sharing the company with friends and family. I joined in October, 2025 and spent the first month learning the system. Started slow with my accounts and have grown them on average 1% per week as the course intends. Most highly recommended!

I knew very little about the stock market going into this. I probably wouldn't have considered it if it weren't recommended by someone I trust. The program has TONS of training, weekly scheduled meetings to help get through it, and a community with people helping. I'm a little over 9 months in, and I'm beating my current professional money manager's results. By 2X.

Finally, a really great way to trade! You won't have to hide your results from this... You can proudly share them with your wife on a weekly basis! There is a really great support staff! Same can be said about the proprietors and especially about the community of traders you will be interacting with

As a self described "financial illiterate" for most of my life, I had always relegated my investment to the experts and my returns reflected exactly that. Always under 5%. When I found Low Stress Trading I had no idea what an option was. I thought trading was too complicated for a person like myself. But I always felt bad about not handling it better. This program has turned me into a profitable trader. I am making real money for the first time in my life and it's made easy for me. I can't provide it enough praise. It has been life changing for me: a retired widow. Joining this program has turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself.

I joined LST 4.5 months ago. It is truly a low stress way to make money. I started with $10k to try it out, a lot of it seemed too good to be true. After 12 weeks of averaging 1.3% per week, I add $300k that I got from selling my rentals. Now I make enough to pay all of my bills and I am only working about 3 hours a week with this framework. This was truly life changing for me, and I am just getting started! The owners/trainers are truly some of the best people that I have ever worked with in my 62 years on earth. The community is also great, everybody helping everybody. There is no lack of personal help for any issue you may have a question on. I have my kids learning this this framework, they will be set for life at a young age. My biggest problem is that I don't know what to do with all of this free time I have. I am sure that I will find something to keep me busy and stress-free!

Low Stress Options is an answer to prayer. I had purchased courses by others over the years, and while I learned from them, not enough to put into practice to successfully trade and make money consistently.
I've been trading with them for 6 months now, and I have to pinch myself; it's been so great. Definitely lots to learn, but so easy to put it into practice immediately.

The strategey that they teach is both simple and efective. It may not change your life tomorrow but in the long run it will most certainly do so.
