I had my trading account closed due to alleged ‘unusual and suspicious trading activity’ that the broker claims violated their policies. The decision was immediate and final, with no appeal option. Refunds are limited to the total deposit amount, but I have not been refunded my deposit. No further compensation is offered for withdrawals already made.
