They used to be great but after they supposedly had their website hacked and came back, they have been completely non responsive about issues with non-working Priority Pass. I would avoid now.

Stay Away from

Used to be a good company before the website was hacked. After the hack, I think another person took over, and now it’s just a scam. Do not waste your time or money.

Something happened

Something happened. I was happy with the service until they went offline for a while. Eventually the paid subscription stopped working and they also stopped replying to emails. It feels like someone else took over and put up another website. Such a pity

Ghosted Months. Reply my message

Purchased Priority pass select for 12 Guest on September 2025. Validity supposed to be till September 2026. Had some problem with the pass in october 2025 but was rectified immediately by the team. Since December tried contacting them about the pass as needed a new one because the previous one is not functioning, but all messages and emails were ghosted. Tried email them last month and to my surprise the mail was failed to be sent as the mailbox was not receiving any emels. Whatsapp messages were in one tick. Few days ago realised the website is up and online, tried emailing then but yet no response. I’ll keep this review here till they reply me. Would had attached those screenshots here but no place to attach

Working with Loyalty World Shop felt straightforward and efficient. Their team answered my questions clearly, processed my request promptly, and the membership status change happened just as they said. I’m impressed with how smoothly things went and would consider using their service again.

Very good and reliable experience!

I have booked a status upgrade to take advantage of the benefits.
At first I was a bit skeptical, so I wrote to support via email and WhatsApp to wait for and test the reaction.
After I was answered very friendly and helpful, and all my questions were answered, they even gave me tips on how I can save money!
The status was requested on the same day of the order, and activated within about two weeks!
In any case, I can recommend this service, and we are very much looking forward to our trip with our status benefits!

Best Company Around for Status Matching.

Loyalty World Shop is absolutely awesome at status matching. Outstanding communication. Smooth status match at a major hotel for a very reasonable price. Answered all my questions promptly before I placed an order. Very trustworthy organization.

Please beware of this website

BEWARE!

I wrote an email to this company regarding a airline loyalty membership and they stopped responding (they only repsonded once other than this review).

In my first review, I originally wrote that I am am not sure if this website is real or a scam. However, as you can see by their response below, my impression is that this website is scamming people. And it's very obvious that they use AI to write their comments on here🤣

Why?

The majority of the reviews on this page seem to be farmed from accounts with just one or very few reviews. Most reviews seem to have similar language like " wow I thought this was a scam but it really worked! " which usually is a hint that reviews are farmed.

Furthermore, if you read the e-mail I wrote to the company, I was not rude or anything, I simply wrote back a few times to ask if they would respond. Then I got the repsonse about how the world does not revolve around me and they try to turn it around on me like they are happy that they didn't work with me haha. Classic.

Also, they blocked my e-mail. Very strange thing to do for a company when a customer write them asking for a response.

Sigh, feels like a waste of time replying to a message from someone who’s clearly not on the same level.

Firstly, thank you again for sharing yet another one-star review. We truly admire your dedication — not everyone would spend so much time and energy repeatedly writing about a company they claim not to trust. It must take remarkable persistence to keep repeating the same story. If writing reviews were a loyalty program, you’d already be a top-tier member by now.

Secondly, let’s clarify something important: you are not a “customer.” You reached out asking us to help you sell something, which makes you a potential partner at best — not a paying client.

So to label yourself as a customer and then claim you were “scammed” is misleading. No money was exchanged, no service was purchased, and nothing was taken from you. The only thing that happened is that we chose not to move forward with your request.

May I ask, what exactly were you “scammed” of? Was it money, a product, or simply the fact that we didn’t reply to all of your emails? Since when does “not replying ” qualify as a scam? That kind of logic is simply comical.

For anyone else reading this: our genuine customers continue to receive and use their memberships without issues. While a handful of negative voices may sound loud, actions and results speak for themselves. Even though one person leaving a hundred one-star reviews won’t change that reality.

Lastly, we wish you all the best, Ola. It seems our service isn’t the right fit for you — and that’s perfectly fine. Perhaps channeling this energy into something more rewarding might bring you greater satisfaction.

Not every inquiry we receive is guaranteed a response, and the world doesn’t revolve around any one individual’s timeline or expectations.

We are not concerned about being judged publicly — using such methods does not necessarily highlight one’s strength or credibility.

Frankly, we are relieved that we did not proceed with selling on your behalf. Based on your approach, such arrangements could easily lead to further disputes — and we are glad to have avoided unnecessary trouble.
