Rik was the perfect customer service representative. On a busy holiday park weekend with customers having issues with wifi he analysed the problem his end, explained in detail what we could do our end, and handled the whole issue with the ideal attitude.

At 75 and not tech savvy I was somewhat stressed at the thought of trying to sort my issue out. I did warn Rick that I required idiot proof instructions and baffled by technical speak. His attitude, respect and manner made my experience enjoyable. If I was his boss I would give him a pay rise. A big thank y young man. 11 out of 10.

Would have given 5,unfortunately the first visit was cancelled less than 2 hours before he was due. Which was disappointing as we had travelled 34 miles to be in attendance. So it was arranged for next day and installation carried expertly and effectively so all good.

Technician was great, really efficient, friendly and helpful.

Great service so far, Ric got in touch to say we had two orders in place (the first one was placed before the service was actually up and running), we then received an email from our caravan park saying the service was now available and there were discounts available. I placed a second order to avail of the discount and Ric called and explained that they would honour the discount and refund the original payment we’d made back to us, you cannot say fairer than that.

Installer was courtious and very helpful.
