I bought a tablet with keyboard, I returned it in January not much communication from them about receiving a refund for it, we are now into April and still no update I've emailed a couple times since my last reply from them and haven't heard anything back!!!

Delivery and goods are all delivered as expected

Just good service from placing the order to receiving the goods.

The gloves I got are perfect and fast delivery

The lamp arrived wrapped in just brown paper without any padding so the box was a bit battered luckily the lamp was ok. There is no information about what bulb it holds for when I want to buy a spare. The lamp is lovely and I would have given higher marks if it wasn't for the issues raised

Was no where near what it offered cheap and nasty

The product - video doorphone- did not work at all. A refund was made instantly without hassle. I am impressed by their communication and honesty.

Ordered a pair of touch lamps for bedroom, the colour I ordered was out of stock so offered an alternative. When they arrived they were exactly what was ordered and pleased with them. Just 1 minor issue, no communication on when to expect delivery apart from that very happy

I recived faulty products so have sent numerous bits of evidence showing there faults, and still 4 weeks later I'm still getting no where! To the point I give in, there customer service is apauling. You get passed from pillow to post. Don't order!!

To the comment below, I've sent 4 different vidioes, used an iPhone with the product that clearly says compatible with iPhone. I keep getting passed from pillow to post. Also why are most your reviews off Sharon, who is the manager of the company
