Awful. Asked for extra charge even though they were at fault.

Booked through booking.com for a flight pick up - They wrote to me saying they were tracking the plane and it was delayed hours before the plane even took off and knew it was due to land at around 1;30am, we land and the driver isn't at the meet spot, he texts us to meet him at car park 5 so we go there in seconds and he isn't there, we text him, no answer, call him, doesn't pick up.
We then get a text telling us we need to pay an extra charge because the driver was waiting since 00:50, almost an hour before we were scheduled to arrive, and the person texting me who KNEW the flight was delayed and the time it was due to land, basically saying it's my fault the plane was delayed.
So we say no were not paying an extra charge and ask for a refund, we book an Uber instead.
The issue was completely on their side, such an awful service, be wary of using them, the audacity is insane.
I'll update this if the refund me with respect or I have to dispute it with my bank.

Flexible and Dependable
Driver waited for 6 of us with many luggages at the Southhampton City Cruise port (Celebrity) and communicated well ahead of time even before the ship has docked via WhatsApp. It only takes an hour to arrive at Heathrow airport and driver helped us with loading and unloading our luggages. Was able to pay with Apple Pay thru a link provided by the LTR Minicab. Since this is my first time dealing with them, they allowed me to pay a deposit and pay the difference later after the driver pick us up. Thanks for a great job!
