i wish i was happier with this product.
I've tried several orders. The dishwasher detergent still leaves glasses dirty, and bowls that have been in dishwasher a day do not come out clean.

washing detergent is also not great. white sheets and towels do not come out clean or bright white.

i wish them well... and would love to get the formula right, as i love supporting local small businesses.

I am so happy I switched to these products they work so well.
I use them all in our home now. I washed my dirty white shower curtain that had pink hair dye stains, and was starting to go yellow and moldy, now I usually have to bleach it but with one wash with the laundry sheets, I put 2 of the sheets in and it came out so white and clean, it removed all the satins and mold, it was like New again. Love love love these products.

After emailing to cancel my subscription I did not receive any response and another order was sent out. The subscription service is unnecessarily complex and difficult to cancel, as though designed to discourage users from doing so. The cancellation options are not clearly visible, requiring numerous steps and responses, which made the process quite difficult.

In the modern digital environment, discontinuing a subscription should be simple and transparent, not a frustrating or confusing experience

Having read similar negative experiences from other customers, it seems evident that the company’s system may intentionally obscure or complicate cancellation procedures. This approach is deeply disappointing and has permanently impacted my willingness to make future purchases.

Really happy with their products! came really quick, good price and smells great whilst cleaning my clothes in a non toxic way. 100% reccomend!

Don't believe the marketing hype. Dishwashing sheets are completely useless - note how they have fresh mess on the dishes in the vids that would come off in plain water, nothing that a real person actually has on their dishes. I get better results from literally any other dishwashing powder or tablet. Their spray bottle looks nice but broke in the first three months. The spray and wipe is fine but not great. Hand soap is okay. Laundry sheets are just okay. No idea how there are so many positive reviews of these things. I tried most of their products because it seemed great and I love the idea of less plastic and single use items but the execution is just lackluster.

They also automatically sign you up for their subscription service and hope you forgot about it in five months when you get charged. Then make it a hassle to cancel the subscription on their site. The subscription isn't shown on the priginal purchase receipt either. Now I have to return their useless products at my own expense.

Lovely idea I just wish it worked.

Love the laundry sheets, smells nice and clean . And cleans really well. No mess and saves space.

Love all the products I use. Because I don't have town water only tanks and septic tank I use these products, they are all good for the environment and will not harm my plants. There is no toxic smells. All the products I use are excellent and at the end of the day worth the money in the long term.

I buy several products from Lucent Globe. They are always packaged and posted in environmentally conscious packaging and always arrive quickly and in excellent condition.
As I have skin reactions to a lot of products I am always hesitant to try new ones. I have been buying with this company for some time now as I have not had a reaction yet, even with perfumed hand wash.
Their dishwasher and laundry sheets perform far better than I expected, generally better than leading brands and other green brands. The hand soap sheets are lovely.

I was confused when looking at the website. I wanted to try the products without signing up for a subscription. Lucent globe emailed me with visuals (screenshot) on how/where I could do that. Loved their customer service! Now that I have my dishwasher sheets, I love those too.

I love the laundry sheets. I like the fresh scent that is not overpowering. I’ve been using these since the Lucent boys first showed their product on TV.

They’re great for home and especially perfect for travel. I’ve even given boxes to friends and family as gifts!

Customer service from Angel was excellent. I accidentally checked the wrong box with my online purchase and had to contact them. Angel promptly fixed my error without any fuss. Great products but also great customer service.

Very happy with the products so far. Feel good about my contribution to the waste problem in the world and using products that are legit!!

For the last 12 months we have used Lucent Globe laundry sheets, softener sheets, toilet sheets , dishwashing sheets, general household cleaner and handwashing sheets and love every product! A great clean - very effective and gentle on the skin and on the nose if you are sensitive to certain aromas.

We take them travelling, so light and easy to pack for our 2 month holiday and it ensures my skin won’t break out while overseas!

Can’t praise these awesome products enough and they are helping reduce plastic waste and will make our planet 🌍 a better place to live sustainably

Do yourself a favour and try these out- you will not be disappointed!!

We have reviewed products that have worked well, the spray mop is great. Cost is good and the products that come without plastic are great. We are keen to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible and Lucent Globe products are helping us to do that.

I love the convenience of a reoccurring order. The product is great. My husband has allergies to most fragrant washing detergents , but nothing with this product.Its great to have portion controlled so no risk of waste.

Great products and natural ingredients, love the laundry sheets

This is a great Aussie company and I love that the products are kind to the environment. All the products work extremely well and I've never had any issues.

The products are fine. The website is awful to navigate, complex, hard to follow and seems designed to trick you into subscription. This doesn't give potential customers confidence. I want to be able to chose what I want or try new products that I want simply without having to double check that I've got what want in my basket and no extra. It was only the third attempt that i reversed my decision to never order again. Just like this review - you have insisted that I login not just give you this honest review and get out of engaging further with your business. Get in and get out. Your products are cleaning / housework products - so make it simple for those of us who do housework. Stop wasting our time.

Lucent Globe is great. The washing sheets in particular, are excellent. Gorgeous aromas are a bonus and the sheets are perfect for home AND travelling. I wouldn't purchase any other clothes washing products now. Lucent Globe has definitely earned my custom!
